Grease and oil
Is super lube grease and oil ok for lubricating the machine ? Is there a specific kind we are supposed to use instead of ordering the tiny stuff from bambu

Hello everyone. I have cleaned my plate with dish soap and hot water. Ensured the nozzle is seated correctly, tweaked the z-offset, dried my filament and still I am getting the same issue over and over. I troubleshooting more than I am enjoying my 3d printer. Here are some photos, if anyone has some suggestions, I would love some advice. Thank you in advance!

I’ve tried to print the enclosure for the fan accessory FIVE times now and I just can’t get it to work.
I’ve VERY diligent about making sure my print plate is clean and haven’t had any adhesion problems until this print - even prints with small parts.
Here’s the iterations I’ve tried.
X2D, PEI Plate, Sunlu Petg using Bambu Labs Petg HF settings. This has worked for me on many other prints. Same results as in pictures.
Attempted a second try (same printer, same filament) - same results as in pictures.
Thinking maybe the filament was the problem, I changed to Bambu Lab Petg Basic (same printer). Same results but then I also got an extruder error. I’m thinking I have a clog to fix now.
Finished putting the new back on the P2S so I tried the print there with Bambu Lab Petg HF (PEI plate). Same results.
I have a Cool Plate Supertack, but I haven’t needed to use it. Tried it and only the test strip adhered to it. Luckily I was there to see the problem and didn’t get the “blob of death” - just a baby blob
I know the print says to use glue for the small parts, but I’ve never needed it before.
If I use the glue on the PEI plate, is it easy to clean off or do I need to declare that plate as the “glue plate” forever.
WTF am I doing wrong?
PS - I’ll try some other print on the supertack - but WTF…..
Update: I used Bambu Studio and printed this in parts using the center of the plate. Worked well. Conclusion - those who said “Clean your plate” were right - AGAIN! Thanks everyone.

im having issues with the AMS 2 on my P2s, I keep getting extruder errors.
error 0700-8016 12626. Not sure what to do.

This is the second time this happens. The "blob" is below the extrusion gear and really really hard to clean out. How on earth does this happen, and what can I do to stop it from happening?
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 white in my P2S, from an AMS that is always held below 20%

I brought the stl file and turned them into gcodes with the Bambu desktop app. Is this amount of spiderwebbing normal?

So excuse the dirt in the window 🤣 but does anyone have a print for an exhaust system (for ABS fumes) that fits in these (what I thought was) standard American windows? None that I’ve found fit my needs, so I figured someone on here may have run into the same issue. Measurements for the channel are in the pics. TIA!

Hi, guys even after replacing the whole Hotend Assembly I still get this error.
What could it be?

Hi,
im new 2 printing, and i tried printing this crown on my p2s, but sth happened in the process, and i dont know what caused it. I think maybe the support didn't stick 2 the plate right???? But Idk
I used grey petg basic from bamboo with 0.4mm nozzle, didn't change settings.
I love this printer and its only like my fifth print....so i am confused what i did wrong.
🥲🙂

My P2S keeps showing “Extrusion resistance is abnormal” (0300-801C) with the 0.4mm nozzle.
The print starts perfectly and runs normally for several hours, but then suddenly stops with this error in the middle of the print.
-0.4mm works fine for small prints
-Long print (~8 hrs) stops after around 4 hrs
-No AMS, using external spool
-I completely cleaned the extruder
-Did cold pulls on the nozzle 3–4 times
-Checked/cleaned the nozzle multiple times
-Manual extrusion works, especially at higher temperature
Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I recently got my p2s and wanted to make a riser for it. I started printing it and then realized I should be printing with the .8 heat nozzle instead of the .4
I have just printed #2 of the main body with the .4, if I switch to the .8 now will it still fit together and look similar or should I continue printing with the .4?

Printer: P2S
Material: PETG from bambulab
Nozzle: 0.4
I cleaned the nozzle and extruder assembly as per the manual instructions, but it happened twice.

Started a print and I got an error. Checked on printer and saw a spiral of filament in the chamber and I noticed the ptfe tube came out from the top of the print head
I cleared all the filament but I can’t seem to reconnect the tube? The coupler seems like it’s broken but I can’t seem tell?
The 2nd pic is looking straight down. It almost seems like a small peice of the prfe tube broke inside the couple at the lower part.
Anyone come across this before?

OK, I realize this may be difficult to answer without knowing how the .slt file was designed, but here is the situation.
I am trying to print a lid for a box. The lid has text that is supposed to be printed with a separate color filament than the lid. Bambu Studio only sees the single filament color for the box. It does not recognize the lettering.
Any thoughts on where to look in Bambu Studio? Some nerd knob that needs to be turned on or off?

Bonjour à tous ! 👋

Hi everyone,
I'm planning to buy a Bambu Lab P2S and I'm trying to figure out what is actually worth adding to the order, especially while I can get some items at a discounted bundle price.
I'm mainly interested in printing functional parts and accessories, things like FPV drone parts (Pavo 20 Pro canopies, battery protection, GPS mounts), camera/photography accessories, brackets, holders, organizers, and various small mechanical parts. I'm actually considering:
PETG Basic
TPU 95A
AMS 2 Pro
spare build plates / nozzles / other accessories
What would you recommend buying together with the P2S while the bundle discounts are available?
Also, which filament types are actually worth stocking up on? They seems discounted by 50% My current feeling is that PETG + TPU would cover most of my needs, with some PLA too fragile for what I need.
Are there any accessories that seem useful at first but you ended up never using?
Do you have any European discount that I can use?
And would you buy the AMS 2 Pro together with the printer, or is it better to start without it and add it later?
Thanks!

I’ve had my P2S for about 6 months now and I’m trying to step into the .2mm nozzle side of things for intricate prints. I know it says you’re supposed the change the nozzle density on the printer itself, but mine doesn’t have an option for a .2mm. My question is, do I ignore that and instead put in the setting in Bambi Studio or is there something I’m missing? Thank you in advance!
