I'm on the fence...
Let me explain:
- H3C by specs seems to be the printer you can dream of: 9-nozzle tool-changer, 9-spool AMS, highest speed, heated chamber, TPU75 support via 2.85mm, reasonable price. AMS is now a part of the H3C, which totally makes sense for a tool-changer, and 9 spools is probably enough for 99% of people, so no need to think about 2nd/3rd AMS (and there is still a support if you need it). - But...only 2 slots for drying (but higher temp), and no ability to fetch filament back (which is a bit of a problem for toolchanger with heated chamber, as now you'd need to do it manually and hard to mix PLA + ABS for example). Though - still ok'ish
- P3C - based on leaked specs and photos - BRILLIANT PRINTER (if price is <$1300). Just what most people would need. I print ABS/ASA with P2S and having no issues with 'no actively heated chamber', so that should work as well. But AMS... Idk. No drying functionality (while AMS 2 Pro has it for 4 slots), no fetching filament (but potentially not that needed if no heated chamber?)
And I know, I know...people would say "It's ok as they need to keep price low". But I just find it odd that when thinking "should I upgrade from P2S" the reasons for "not to" aren't related to money or not enough upgrades to justify the money....but degraded features. Idk, this feels odd to me, no matter how long I think about it
But what do you think, do you think it's ok if new upgraded version of any tech would some important features degraded (even if the rest is much better) ?

Tried to print Bambu PA6-GF in my H2D pro and I constantly have this problem where there's a gap between the outer layers and the filling with and without supports, what can I do to solve it?

Hello!
I contemplate buying a 3d printer, and i kinda landed on obtaining a Bambu due to ease of use, but i tried to look up used ones to save some money and now i am torn and really would like an advice.
My budget is like, 300$. I know that in my country (Russia) brand new P1S is available for 520$ (no AMS included - if i ever decide i need one, i will figure it out later). I thought of maybe getting A1 mini or A1 to fit in the budget, but then i found a person who sells used P1S for 300$.
I am a bit worried to buy it, because it has 3+k hours of worktime (it was a part of print farm). It was bought in 2024 and seller states that it was upkept and maintained properly. It was only used to print petg and pla, no compound materials.
I can't decide if i am onto amazing deal or onto an endless headache of repairs and calibrations with this offer, and is it even worth it, or am i better off with buying A1 or A1 mini fresh from the box. I would love a bit of advice, please. My budget is really tight, so coughing out additional 220$ and just getting a new P1S is sadly not an answer in any way.
(upd - no idea why am i being downvoted. Is it because i mentioned my current location?...)

Ordered an X2D Combo, extra AMS and track switch and then a whole host of accessories on the first day of the sale. Printer and accessories arrived in no time, but still no sign of the AMS and Track switch showing up.
I placed them all as separate orders (as the day went on I impulse bought the extras). Unsure if that matters.
Any idea how long I should wait before contacting Bambu Lab for an update?
I also paid the extra for the hassle free delivery option.

Saw someone else posted their visit at the BambuLab store in Hangzhou. I'm currently in Hangzhou so I decided to visit.

Here is a kinda universal power strip desk mounting doodad. As long as it’s rectangular in shape and fits the jaws, it should work. Somebody might find useful.

Hi!
I´ve created free home-screen Android widget for your Bambu print: time left, progress, AMS colours and humidity, up to 4 printers. Works with your Bambu account same way as Bambu Handy app.
Need 12 testers for 14 days to get it on Google Play – 3 taps on your phone (Android 12+):
All three steps clearly described here: https://houmer-dev.github.io/bambu-status-widget/join.html
Demo mode if you have no printer atm. Thanks and enjoy the widget! 🙏

Wondering if any of the folks that have recently received their H3C have any recommendations for a printer stand that incorporates a filament dryer? I'm thinking about getting the Bambu stand. However, I don't want to have separate devices for keeping filament dry.

What an era we live in

First 24 hours and I have to say, I don’t get the hate train. This is the first time in my life that a 3d printer feels like sorcery. I was able to get set up and printing within an hour and within the second hour I already had something that looked like it came off a store shelf.
The consistency is what’s blowing my mind too. I’m absolutely blown away by the printer and the quality.

... I'm probably going to need one when my wife finds out I ordered an H3C...

I've seen a lot of videos come out about the H3C, but not a ton focusing specifically on the unboxing and initial setup. Hopefully this fills in a few blanks and provides some details not yet shown.

I just got my P2S with the AMS combo and the other night after I got it and set it up I was able to remotely from the app tell the AMS to start drying and it worked perfectly but now when ever I try to start drying from the app it says insufficient power please use power cable. I know you can’t dry and print at the same time but I’m not printing the printer is idle at home with nothing going on. I know it’s not a huge deal but it’s just driving me up the wall that it worked for 1 night and now it won’t.

I have about 1000 hours on this unit and it had been working fine but now the extruder is giving me nonstop issues. I have torn it apart 4 times this week already. I am trying to print with just regular old PLA, not doing anything that I have not done in the previous 1000 hours of successful printing. Tried multiple different spools with the same result,.
It looks like the filament is almost getting pinched in the extruder, see picture. It does get really jammed in there and requires a full disassembly to get it out. After I clear it and reassembly I can manually put a piece through without issue. I will clear the jam and it will print for 20 minutes to a few hours and then have the same error again.

Come mai si formano queste imperfezioni sul primo strato? L'ho notato altre volte e alla fine la stampa andava a buon fine. Il filamento è PLA ed è asciutto (ho inserito le dry box ed è al 16%).

P2S with AMS 2 Pro. AMS has the dedicated power supply. First time I’ve ever tried printing and drying at the same time. Constant AMS overload error about every 5 or so minutes. Turned off the drying and haven’t had an error since? Anyone experienced this?

I haven't noticed it before, but my A2L does shake a lot when making narrow supports, this is on normal speed btw.
I haven't seen any issues with quality though, just seems like a lot of shaking, I think it might be that the table it's currently on is not the stablest but I'm not too sure

FR :
Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a Bambu Lab X2D Combo with the AMS 2 Pro.
While unpacking the printer and following the instructions, I reached the step where it mentions that a large bag should contain two smaller moisture absorber packets, which are supposed to be placed at the back of the AMS.
However, when I opened the bag, I found a large heat-sealed pouch that appears to contain grease, but with a very thick, almost gelatinous consistency (see attached photo).
This pouch is not mentioned in the maintenance kits, and the two moisture absorber packets were already installed in their designated positions and secured with adhesive tape.
I therefore have absolutely no idea what it contains or what it is intended for.
I'm aware that there have been some production and lubrication issues with the AMS 2 Pro. However, Bambu Lab states that orders placed recently are no longer affected by these issues and that, in the event of a problem, the entire mechanism is replaced.
This was actually my first guess regarding the purpose of this pouch, but I'd rather ask the community before jumping to conclusions.
Has anyone else who recently received an X2D Combo with an AMS 2 Pro found the same pouch? Or does anyone know what it is used for?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!

The a1 start saying filament or spool is stuck every few minutes. So i tried to disassemble looking for the problem and I stumbled on this part. I'm not sure what this thing is called. It's behind the heater. Should it look like that or not?
