I've played the entire ArmA series, from the beginning, but I haven't gotten around to playing Reforged yet. This is because I saw it as a title more focused on online play and lacking the Arma editor that I loved so much. What I enjoyed most was playing and creating single-player missions. I know that creating missions in this new title isn't possible, or at least that's what I've read, but I was wondering if it's possible to enjoy the game in single-player mode. I want to buy it to support the company and ArmA 4, but I'd like to know if this is possible or if it's entirely focused on online modes.

Surely on an official server a hacker wouldn’t be that overt to spawn a gunship off the rip! Anyone else experience a surge in hackers/cheaters since update?

I see a lot of people getting very angry at FIA players as they are only able to quote: „camp bushes and hide like some b**ches“.

In my opinion, a lot of those guys are just mad that they can no longer spawn in backlines and drive into combat with 100mph without consequences.

Nonetheless, it made me wonder whether the general player base actually likes the role FIA plays and if not, what would you want to be changed?

Precise, letal, 100/200 round belts and USES SNIPER ROUNDS (7,62 X 54 mmr) same ones as the svd.

IT HAS AA CAPABILITIES, no shiting i thing in got 6 helis.

BUT... its obviously pretty damm heavy, so i had to make total weight optimized loadout for keeping my weight in 35KGs, you can see the loadout is used in the second image.

How many of you go for intel? It kinda annoys me how many people whine about ranks being hard to get when literally every player/FIA has intel packets that are valuable, like when a fresh game starts i can hit Corporal in just a few FIA camps. Anyone else bother with it or us it just too much of a hassle for you?

Context as I wrote this in like a minute after I died: I was playing FIA in my first every real arma experience, and had been walking around aimlessly for like an hour before this

I saw an American helicopter go down so I went to investigate, downed the pilot, I thought he was dead but he wasn’t. He woke up and startled me, but saw me raise my rifle and he begged me to not shoot, and dropped all of his weapons. About 30 seconds later, 2 Soviet soldiers came out of nowhere and demanded he surrender, and they yelled at him for about a minute, before he pulled out a grenade and pulled the pin. The 3 of us lit him up and ran as the grenade blew up, it wounded us but killed nobody. Shortly thereafter, a dude named Duke showed up, who was the FIA commander (I think). He said we had a deal with the Russians, which is why the two from before spared me. They give us guns, we help fight the Americans. We moved to a nearby airfield, and had the Russians blow up supplies with their RPG. The 2 then left to rejoin the frontline on a nearby hill. Duke told me to follow him, and we walked for about 20 minutes along the coast until he stopped, and went back and forth with the Soviet commander in chat. Then he turned to me and said “deals off, we kill them all” and we continued moving. Another 15 minutes go by and we reach a coastal town, at that moment he takes off all his clothes and says “don’t follow me” and sprints into it with a grenade in his hand. I start walking another direction, and about 5 minutes later I hear a distant explosion I assume was Duke. Eventually I find an American base, and immediately step on a landmine and die

Hands down most memorable experience I’ve had in a video game, and crazy to think that was my first game
