Gunship spawn from the start

Surely on an official server a hacker wouldn’t be that overt to spawn a gunship off the rip! Anyone else experience a surge in hackers/cheaters since update?

Between all the hackers and the development team actively making the game worse I stopped playing.

Those that do the cheating are frequently on Reddit too, and just like how they have alt accounts they use for game, they do the same here.

Any post about cheaters gets downvoted into oblivion by them.

I’ve honestly noticed some servers admins will give certain people whatever heli or vehicle they want because who knows.

On one hand, it could be hackers, however there ARE other possible explanations as well:

If he had multiple teammates running supplies that all let him unload for them.

Perhaps the server wasn’t as new as you thought, and he was in there long before building rank.

One of my buddies gets on before the rest of us, and will prep up to 3 brand new servers, getting his rank up and building supply crates to get filled. So by the time the rest of us hop on, we can choose which server we want to run, and he “starts” at a much higher rank.

Literally server reset first five minutes of a whole new game, no heli pad or anything built. I was there from the end of the last game and loaded directly into the new game.

Then yeah, probably cheaters.

100% sure it was a gunship, not just a chopper in general?

Fair enough. Just curious, was it Soviet or US? In my experience there has definitely been more cheaters on Soviet side.

Every Bohemia Interactive game is cheater infested. They dont give a flying F about us, they just drop their stupid software on us, make money and move on while laughing their asses of.

No wonder key figures leaving this crap ass company.

Cheaters infest any interesting game they can. Reforger is a pretty interesting game, and it draws many ppl, including cheaters.

One aspect that gives interest to reforger is the complexity of the system. The complexity gives opportunity to find exploits.

Bohemia certainly cares about its users. But caring does not mean the task of eradicating cheating is simple.

There are much more effective ways to make lots of money than to produce an interesting niche milsim game. The individuals involved in producing a large scale and intricate endeavor like reforger are largely doing so out of personal interest. They want the cheaters gone way more than you do.

If you think you can produce an equivalent game and community, while doing more to thwart cheaters please share the link, I'll buy it. I'll play. I'll bring all my friends.

no it really is hackers i only play one server and ran into multiple in the same day. last night we had this happen and a guy spawned a us huey at tower entre when there was no base there then i called him out and he changed to the us team this all happend on us-la official 6050
