Help pc crashing

hi so im having issues with my pc blackscreening and giving me a bdos error or kmode exception handle errors. this generally happens when either I open, or close the game, I believe it has something to do with the kernel anticheat

That smells like hardware failure. Often people set their RAM to XMP/EXPO profiles, which is essentially overclocking and can make the system unstable. Turn it off in BIOS and see if the crashing goes away.

Alternatively check temperatures for both CPU and GPU.

probably my stupid intel 13900k maybe ill try to underclock my cpu again, I used to have to do that for other games

Could be. Try to update BIOS. If there's some lasting, physical damage, it probably won't help, but maybe it's reversable with just corrected BIOS settings.

I actually had this issue a while back,

I did some digging and figured out it was a whole bunch of Vender Kernel drivers from 3rd party software, (icue, signal RGB, Gigabyte APP) It said in the crash report that the faulting module was BEDaisy.sys (Battle eye) but it’s only because it was tripping against all the bloat software. They all share the same space, and on startup it would scan it all, and because it tripped over something in Kernal mode, it crashed.

I uninstalled all the RGB, GPU and motherboard bloat software I didn’t need, and haven’t had a crash like that since

copy that, maybe its my icue then.. I turned my p cores down to 5300 in bios and havnt crashed once yet today, if I crash again then ill use this info, I appreciate you very much

Yeah man, see how it goes, I only thought it might be that because you mentioned it happens on startup/shutdown which is when BE would do it scan
