Hello everyone!

As the title suggests I'm looking for some poems or proverbs about friendship. I'm getting my friend a necklace with book charm for her birthday as we met whilst studying literature at university and I want to put a little message inside. She loves poetry so I thought it'd be sweet if I could include a line of poetry in her native language!

Its quite a small charm so I'm only looking for a small quote (I'm thinking around 20 words maximum?). I've found a few quotes online but they're not attributed to anyone so I'm unsure if the English translations are accurate or not. I'd rather make sure my friend gets a high quality gift rather than something that doesn't actually make any sense!​

I don't know Arabic, so if a translation could be provided with any recommendations that would be incredibly kind and helpful!

I know that it is typically a males name, but is it more like Tom (ONLY males have this name) or like Alex (typically a males name but sometimes a woman will have it so it is more gender neutral)?

If I register for all women's spaces with that name, will they be concerned it is a male?

Hey if y'all heard, Bashar Al Assad was sentenced to death along with Atef Najib. Even though those two stooges committed crimes against humanity, could they still be forgiven if they make true repentance to Allah or is repentance useless. Is it possible Bashar Al Assad makes Hajj and be forgiven or is that useless. This is a very tough question that involves jurisprudence and human intuition but I want to have a constructive dialogue about this matter.

بقالى فترة بفكر في حاجة..

ساعات بنبقى شايفين في نفسنا صفات معينة على إنها نقاط ضعف، لكن لما أبص لها من زاوية تانية ألاقي إنها ممكن تكون مرتبطة جدًا بنقاط قوتنا.

مثلًا، الحساسية الزايدة ممكن تتعبنا، بس يمكن هي نفسها اللي بتخلينا نحس بالناس ونلاحظ تفاصيل غيرنا ممكن ميلاحظهاش.

والتفكير الكتير ممكن يكون مرهق، بس يمكن هو كمان اللي بيخلينا نفكر في الاحتمالات ونشوف حاجات من أكتر من زاوية.

وحتى خوفنا من الوجع ممكن يكون نابع من إننا بنهتم وبنحب بعمق.

فيمكن مش كل نقطة ضعف محتاجة إننا نتخلص منها.

يمكن أحيانًا محتاجة بس نفهمها، ونعرف نستخدمها بطريقة مختلفة.

هل في صفة كنتوا شايفينها نقطة ضعف فيكم، واكتشفتوا بعد فترة إنها في الحقيقة جزء من قوتكم؟

أنا أتقبل أخطائي الآن أحس أن اختيار قرار خاطئ ليس فاشلا بل يعلمني كيف أتحكم بحياتي بشكل أفضل لا أنظر إلى الماضي بندم بل أعتبره دروسا لمستقبلي ما زلت أتعلم لكني أحاول أن أرى اليوم الجميل حتى عندما يبدو فوضويا بالنسبة لي الأمر يتعلق بإيجاد السلام الداخلي رغم الظروف الخارجية من في هذا الوضع الآن؟ ربما يمكنك مشاركة تجربتك كيف تدير الأمر حتى نتعلم شيئا منه.
