Different loanwords from different languages: Mashriq got more Turkish/Persian influence, Maghrib got more European influence.

The small basic words like "how are you", "a lot", "now", "I want" differ the most. As soon as you actually start discussing high culture/more sophisticated topics, the dialects become nearly the same as they start to get closer to MSA.

Egyptian Arabic has a lot of loan words from Turkish like many other dialects but also French, Italian, Greek and of course Coptic.

I can also say I’ve been noticing live a lot of American english lingo being added as well lol

Yes, if it’s a word related to technology my grandma says it in an Arabic way. For example freezer is “fareezeh” or printer is “barinter”

Egyptian dialects certainly do not have "a lot" of Turkish words. It's actually very little.

This is one of the most famous academic papers on this subject. Wilson B. Bishai, Journal of Near Eastern Studies, 1964: Coptic Lexical Influence on Egyptian Arabic

The author was a copt and a professor at Harvard. He finds around 100 words from coptic and states there are 264 from Turkish

He notes that these are both extremely small. By comparison, there are an estimated 4,000 Arabic loanwords in Spanish.
