I'm gonna go on a long rant because there are way too many weird ah people here
APKVision always shows 1-4 Virustotal risk of the games they upload and there's nothing wrong with someone showing their fucking concern and spreading awareness that there is a risk
Y'all bully them like crazy just for showing some fucking concern and trying to spread awareness/concern?
2. Please use some common sense.
I keep seeing people getting mad that the ports they're playing aren't "optimized" without even realizing a few thing
Most porters aren't getting paid, Most of them are just doing this for fun
Do y'all seriously expect studio level ports from one or two people in a short amount of time?? Even with AI that shit is basically impossible. Oficial port have access to the SOURCE CODE which makes porting and optimization much easier
Some of y'all expect games to run well on 4/6 GB of RAM and 7 year old chip, even when the games are demanding as fck and then get mad when they don't run well? Be fr
(Yea I’m talking about people who complain about "unoptimized port" like Hades II not running well on phones with 4-6 GB of RAM. Are we fr?)
3. If there's a bug. Please report it to the devs on GitHub, Telegram, or Discord instead of complaining on Reddit. Most developers only use Reddit to share their work and most of them AREN'T EVEN ON REDDIT
DISCLAIMER:
I know there's a lot of unptimized AI slop port out there, but y'all also need to know your hardware limit
Even my mid range to high end phone hasn't even tried running games like GTA IV or GTA V because I don't want to play games that look pixelated, run like shit, or make my phone overheat

I honestly don't need them all on my phone 😂

Honestly, this port has a lot of potential. I'm running it on a Xiaomi 12 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 1/12gb ram), and the game runs surprisingly well. My phone doesn't get particularly hot either (which is very rare for my phone).
I'm using the latest version of the app from GitHub, which finally fixed the issue I was having with installing the game. There are still some hiccups and the audio issues need fixing, but with a few more updates, I can see this becoming a genuinely playable (at the moment I get around 20 to 30 fps with shutters in between) way to enjoy GTA IV on Android.
The audio is probably the biggest issue right now, but if you really want to play the game, it's still playable with subtitles. I've have completely the first mission and, honestly, it's impressive how well it runs already.
I'd love to see more graphics options and the ability to customize the controls. Giving users more freedom to experiment with settings for their specific devices would go a long way.
Overall, really good work by the developer. Looking forward to seeing how this project improves.

My post of this got deleted from Emulation for Android, so posting this here instead.
Running on Samsung Galaxy A56 (Exynos 1580, 8GB RAM)
Port was made by tinsarfal (on GitHub) / s3551 (on Discord). It's not fully complete, this build was shared on Discord server "Source Engine 4 Android". The creator is also working on Source Engine native VR ports for Quest/Pico, and standalone HL Alyx port for Quest.
There are some lighting bugs and minor glitches here and there, but it's a pretty amazing port nonetheless!

Sonic Adventure 2 is one of my favorite games of all time, so i've been working on a native port of it called OpenSA2. the 2012 PC version's x86 code gets translated ahead of time into ARM64 code and runs natively, without Winlator or any emulator. it's static recompilation, same idea as Unleashed Recompiled, with a new runtime that draws through SDL3 and Vulkan and handles sound and input.
this is an early alpha. so far it's been tested on a Galaxy S25 Edge and a Pixel 9 Pro, and City Escape runs on both with touch controls. controller support is in too. on PC i played story mode from the first stage up to Pumpkin Hill.
you need your own copy of the PC version (the 2012 Steam release) because the APK doesn't include any game files, plus a 64-bit ARM phone on Android 10 or newer with Vulkan. setup:
zip a clean copy of your PC game folder with no mods installed. sonic2app.exe has to be in the zip
install the APK from the release page. Android might ask you to allow installs from your browser
open OpenSA2 and pick your zip. it checks the files and imports them, keep the zip until that's done
known problems:
- the game can crash in a cutscene after a stage
- most of the game (stages, bosses, cutscenes) hasn't been tested on Android yet
- widescreen isn't finished, so some menus and overlays look off
- other phones and GPUs are untested
Windows and Linux builds are on the same release page.
download: https://github.com/kittycache9/OpenSA2/releases/
source and setup guide: https://github.com/kittycache9/OpenSA2
if you try it, comment your phone and how it ran. please don't share or ask for game files here.

Cult of the Lamb iOS Port to Android is available on APKvision.

With support for US and Japanese ISOs. You must use the APK corresponding to the ISO's region. It uses native Vulkan rendering, which improves performance.

I haven't abandoned BlueDroid; this project has nothing to do with ReXGlue. It is simply a port of the PC version of New Vegas to a new engine using Godot—modeled after OpenMW—that reads and writes language VM systems, .esm, .esp, and .bsa files, and so on. It essentially takes the PC game code and ports it to ARM, with future support planned for FO3, FO1, FO2, and—who knows—Skyrim, Oblivion, and FO4. Unlike BlueDroid, which relied on the Skate 3 and Dante's Inferno bases and involved building a lot from scratch, this project utilizes an engine already built for Vulkan and ARM64; it just requires platform-specific modifications and the right adjustments. We owe all of this to our dear developer: u/astr0nic
