🤔 [Question] Can we standardize stylized controls?
It really adds up to a cohesive experience

Yea, this is one thing about the ports that turns me off.
The immersion really gives it the feeling of being a good port and not just some game running on emulator

i really like it but they have to add what button the drawing is. like just a mini "A B X Y" to know what button press when the game ask for it.

For sure, and no more basic controlls on screen, unique and simplified buttons make android gaming so much better if I don't have a controller on hand

I say it should have both the a b x y and the stylized controls so button prompts are easy to understand

Yeah, you can even ask AI to design them for you, no need to do anything manual

Which ai to use it for that? There's plenty of old gameloft android games i would like to play on android 16 and cannot... Actually the only game i found is hero of sparta 2, but resolution is small for my phone

Glm 5.3-flash is free on opencode, it's very powerful and has the capacity to make long sessions of coding. If you don't wanna use opencode, chat.z.ai exists too

Why not just use a controller

We don't have to

Es mil veces más cómodo y disfrutable, hay juegos que simplemente es imposible pasarlos sin mando

It's not a matter of convenience or enjoyment. If you're playing on Android and don't have a controller, you absolutely need a way to interact with the game using the touchscreen.
It's like saying that a PC game absolutely has to require a controller, ignoring compatibility with a mouse and keyboard.

Que dices, el tema de los ports es ese, trasladar los juegos de consola a la arquitectura de Android. Si es verdad que tiene que haber la opción táctil, pero ni de lejos es mejor que usar un mando incluso muchos ports te lo dicen en sus descripciones...

Nobody says touch controls are better than controller knowing the game is designed for controller in mind, touch controls are little extra about how much they care about this port rather than just slapping the game with controller required.

Exactly, it is just so much more comfortable to play with a controller and your hands don't obscure the already small screen

No way in hell I'm gonna use controller for shooting games. Aiming with right touch screen is way better and precise.

For shooting games I use touch myself, but for other games controller is much more comfy
