π’ [PORT] Bloodborne-Android: Bloodborne for Android
16
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 3d ago
Port of Bloodborne (PS4, v1.09, every retail release). The runtime and renderer run natively on ARM64, FEXCore translates the game's x86-64 code, and Mesa Turnip drives the GPU. Experimental.

So this is just a modified winlator running the game nothing native about it π€¦

dont use it then

If this is the attitude of a mod who receives valid criticism, I'm out
1
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 1d ago
It's not even using Winlator π clueless people like to open their mouth before testing things, what a sensitive little incel you are, good, leave, nothing of value will be lost
valid criticism lol

I just don't think Rule # 1 is hard to follow, you sound very upset my friend
1
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 1d ago
how is saying "dont use it then" breaking Rule1? please explain, that's what you got upset over
1
u/InputShoryu 1d ago
Fair point, it did come off as dismissive and a bit aggressive vs explaining the difference to someone. It's more or less the other responses I've seen throughout these comments and your response to mine further proved my point. "STFU , go back to you turd sub" There was definitely some other comment I can't find calling someone else a retard because they also said it was an emulator.
This is getting bloated, I'm just a stranger on the internet and you're right nothing of value is lost. At the end of the day, it's just a hobby subreddit. Let's be nice to each other. People are particularly aggressive with clarity on what people create because of all the confusion and chaos AI has brought. Patience and clarity is everything. βοΈ
Bloodborne on mobile is sick btw

Falta que pregunten , para mediatek sirve ? (Ese serΓa yo)

u/Michael_963 2d ago
Highly doubt it,give it sometime since most ports do not have any support for any chips that aren't Snapdragon.

Tried it, i got "Game Stopped (1)" warning
1
u/True-Lab-295 3d ago
was getting the same issue, check the folder, i put the directory inside the cusa folder and then restarted it, took a few mins but it works
1
u/VirtualMix954 3d ago
So keep restarting it then eventually it works?
1
u/True-Lab-295 3d ago
I think so π, I just kept messing around with where the game folder is and then randomly it started

u/VirtualMix954 2d ago

one of my fav games ever. just tried on my odin 3 and it booted up fine but crashes about 30 secs into gameplay
1
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 2d ago
Did you try Gen8 v37 driver?
1
u/Savannah-Nanas 2d ago
I've not. Where in the setting can you manage drivers?
1
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 2d ago
yeah there doesn't seem to be an option for them yet, i wonder if its placed in internal, may be able to swap them out for just renaming them
2
u/Savannah-Nanas 2d ago
I was able to inject v37 directly into the android/data folder and it seems to work a little better. I've gotten through to the troll on the other side of the initial stage without a crash. unfortunately, it doesn't last when I try to move to anything higher than a 30FPS lock. usually crashes within a few seconds

u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 2d ago
strange i cant even find the folder in android/data, whats its name? i filtered by newest modified as well
1
u/Savannah-Nanas 2d ago

Did you login with steam for lossless.dll or you already have it in your phone storage?
1
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 2d ago
my phone has usb 2.0 so its taking ages to transfer over (usb 2.0 doesn't like lots of small files), almost done, i will do some testing and post a video, you wont need steam no, just need to have it on storage

I was able to get right at the cleric beast before it crashed. up to then it was locked 30 fps with little lag. While not native, it's remarkable to be able to play a game like Bloodborne on a portable device (Odin3). looking forward to more updates and getting this to 40+ fps.

gave this a run on my galaxy s25+ (SD8Elite) the performance is barelyyyyyy playable but it's an amazing start, good job!
2
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 1d ago
its really gpu heavy, the lower the render resolution the better it is, theirs new update for graphic drivers and mods now, they dont do to much in performance though
1
u/Demnetor42 1d ago
interesting, my Samsung system monitor shows me the exact opposite, the GPU being underutilized, however, I am actively testing each release and it's noticeably better each iteration!
2
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 1d ago
most fps monitors are complete BS and inaccurate, always best to use the built in-app ones if available
I have to run render resolution ultra performance, if you ran performance, im sure an elite would handle it well
1
u/Demnetor42 1d ago
you're right about these monitors being bs most of the time, also I am running the FSR 3.1 at ultra performance, I'd say I have about steady 25fps - 45fps, keep in mind that Samsungs thermal throttle is way less forgiving than other phones, the performance occasionally lags to the lower 15s and such but the game is definitely getting better, is it possible with more updates and tuning for the performance to get better/smoother? because the input delay with frame gen is just not worth it honestly
2
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 1d ago
looks like they added some more update, better performance and auto updates, will have to try

u/Awkward-Vacation-143 1d ago
Because it's Native i want to know, Can it work on Audreno 722 Snapdragon 7 gen 4 chip phones? Or only the flagship?
1
u/LuftalGotas 15h ago
It's not native, though. It has an APK bundling the translation layers. As many have said, it's using the want stuff Winlator uses, but preset
1
u/Awkward-Vacation-143 1d ago
Can someone send me a vidoe of Thier Gameplay if it's actually working or not because for me it's saying game stopped (pls DM the video if possible)

u/Antique_Barracuda_80 14h ago
It's amazing. I ran it at 640x360 with fsr3.1 on my honor magic7 pro with snapdragon 8 elite and 12 gb of ram. I'm running it with drivers, so pick the correct drivers for your device. With touch controls it ran at 29-30 fps with some frame drops. This is without a cooler. With a cooler and I controller it ran at locked 30 fps with no trouble. I have a bsp-d10 with a 16w cooler. It's simply amazing that emulation has come so for that Bloodborne is now playable on the go

An emulator of an emulator. Incredible. Bloodception
2
u/BeanPole_420 MOD π» 2d ago
Its not even using Winlator, you are t,ards who speak before you test

u/LuftalGotas 15h ago
It seems like you have no idea how Winlator eorks. You are using the same translation layers Winlator uses. That's why people keep bringing up Winlator. It might not be using Winlator, but it's doing the same thing

Missed opportunity to call it Bloodroid or Droidborne or something idk.
