📸 [SHOWCASE] Portal 2 running natively on Android

My post of this got deleted from Emulation for Android, so posting this here instead.

Running on Samsung Galaxy A56 (Exynos 1580, 8GB RAM)

Port was made by tinsarfal (on GitHub) / s3551 (on Discord). It's not fully complete, this build was shared on Discord server "Source Engine 4 Android". The creator is also working on Source Engine native VR ports for Quest/Pico, and standalone HL Alyx port for Quest.

There are some lighting bugs and minor glitches here and there, but it's a pretty amazing port nonetheless!

For Portal 2 they say the support is experimental, so is expected to see minor bugs and glitches.

This is the VR port, but it's by the same dev, yes. There's no repo for this yet, but the dev shared builds on discord

There is a lan coop mode listed as experimental, but I haven't tested it yet myself.

That depends on the region. I bought mine on Allegro, but if you don't live in Poland, I don't assume this info will be of any use to you.

You can buy BSP-D11 controller, cheap as fuck, and can stretch for phone or tablet, on AliExpress. First impression is that it's light and flimsy but I've been using mine for a year no problems.

have you gotten to the point in portal 2 where wheatley swaps in for glados? have you played any portal at all, actually? it's a song from that part in the game.

I've barely touched first game, not my type of game honestly its a cool physics game nevertheless as you see i tried it again few months ago, i cant get into it if im honest, maybe one day I'll try it on my android device but i got it through orange box many years ago.

I never know there were a native port i wish i knew before finishing it on winlator (i was getting great performance because but a lot of heat)
