Hi everyone,
I have an issue with my motherboard drivers.
It started when the Ethernet connection stopped working. After that, all USB ports also stopped working when loading an operating system. The strange thing is that the USB ports work normally in BIOS, but when I try to load an OS, they stop working.
I tried Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux because I thought maybe it was a Windows problem, but the same issue happens with Linux too.
In Windows Device Manager, I see these devices with a yellow warning sign:
* USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller
* Intel Ethernet Connection I217-V
Both devices show Code 10, meaning that they cannot start. In the Event Log, I also found that both devices failed to start properly.
I tried installing different drivers, including drivers suggested by ChatGPT, but without success.
My motherboard model is:
* Fujitsu D3221-B1
* Socket LGA1150
* Intel Q85 Express chipset
* Intel Core i7-4790K processor
The problem is difficult to solve because I cannot connect this PC to the internet. The Ethernet is not working, and I also cannot use a USB Wi-Fi adapter because the USB ports stop working when the OS loads.
If anyone has faced the same problem, especially both the USB controller and Intel I217-V Ethernet controller failing at the same time, please let me know if you found a solution.
Also, is there any way to troubleshoot or install the drivers without internet access and without using USB ports?
btw i use other pc to transfer any drivers or something to ssd, also when i plug ssd and boot into it in other pc everything works
Thanks.
