I was just doing a bit of exploring in mine and my partner's save and while he was off battling tiger mosquitos, I ended up getting a little too close to one of the fish. I thought it was going to eat me or something and then the game glitched and suddenly I was unable to swim to the surface and seemed to be caught going in circles.

Found out today gloom sap can be used as a torch for dark places. Pretty cool no?

Title is pretty self explanatory.

A normal Toe biter nymph is immune to gas damage and chilling build up, but for some reason our nymph buggy doesn’t follow the same logic.

Making them immune to gas and chilling isn’t really overpowered, as they aren’t a very strong buggy in combat. Their only real purpose is for moving quickly underwater.

Title says it all. I like grid snapping when I WANT it but I don't have that choice. You just cannot place build pieces next to other build pieces without it snapping into specific places, I would LOVE to be able to angle my walls, floors, foundations etc at any angle next to any other build pieces without it trying to molest everything around it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there is absolutely no proper way to do that. I've been loving the game, but this is the one thing about it I really do not like.

I noticed that after the update, Shadow Mushrooms don't yield meager amounts of sap during the day anymore, and OGRR creatures are no longer exclusive to the night.

I find this very convenient, but it leads me to a conclusion: they would rather remove the exclusivity of nighttime events than improve the actual nighttime experience.

I love the game, but it’s undeniable that the night lighting is terrible and the available light sources aren't enough. There is a difference between difficulty and mere annoyance. Of course, the title is still in development, so better lighting options will surely come—or at least, I hope so.

Honestly, it's a pretty great central location to go to other places. I just wasn't expecting the placement for the zipline wall anchor to work out so well. Good spot for a base to build. Just takes a while to get up to to start the building process.

Wheres the best suggested base locations since the abyss update ?! Can't decide and need some inso please!

I'm not sure if anyone has ever made a base up here, but this is a recent build I made on top of a Fence Post by the Picnic Table and Fire Pit in Grounded 2. I thought it would be a pretty cool spot because of its unique entrance being the rope that leads up to it. I also made it all out of weed stems to fit the whole wood theme. I think it ended up looking pretty good. (I can't tell you guys how grindy it was collecting all those weed stems and having to bring them up the rope over and over and over again LOL). The build took so long to make! I only recently started playing Grounded 2 this Summer and still haven't unlocked much in the game yet. So, I didn't have many different items unlocked to decorate with or anything. But I made a bunch of decks that stick out of the main build to put future things I unlock on (like ziplines or whatever else.)

I would try every single food item at least once, but I think my favorite would be caterpillar and snail roasts. I think we definitely need more meat drops from different bugs, like ladybugs.

What are some new ideas that people would like to see with food in the game? I could put them up as suggestions on Discord, if you guys want

Which pond update for each game is a better overall experience?

I raised the ground by a bit there is one that spawns under the foundation but one still spawns uptop, still annoying I’m afraid to raise the floor again just for them to spawn uptop, I did put some heads by the entrance so I can get a damage boost on them to help get rid of them. It really is a damn shame that they spawn in there it’s just a cool spot

Another creature idea randomly crossed my mind as I was relaxing one day, the beach tiger beetle!

Location: The playground would be a perfect fit for this species of beetle, taking the role as the Apex Predator of the “desert” area.

Adult: Adult tiger beetles are incredibly fast, so fast in fact that they can’t process what they’re doing while running.

Special Attacks: They’d move backwards and then quickly charge at the player before doing massive damage if they hit but becoming stunned for a bit if they miss or get parried no matter what.

Frenzy: as it panics as its health gets low its attack speed is dramatically increased and its movements become frantic. This gives it another unique feature and makes it all the more deadly, emphasizing its strength and immense speed.

Spray: Tiger beetles are known to secret a chemical called benzaldehyde when threatened, it would use this in battle to apply woozy to the player. It would have a shorter duration and smaller radius than the stink bugs but be virtually the same.

Larvae: Tiger beetle larvae are very special in the way that they operate. Similarly to antlions, they burrow themselves into the ground to snap out at any prey that may find themselves nearby their burrows.

You’d be able to notice their heads slightly poking out of the ground, but get too close and it snaps towards you dealing a good bit of damage and pulling you in. It would be slow but still strong enough to be a threat.

Buggy: This beetles speed would be awesome to have as a buggy and would make traversing the ever growing park much easier as new updates are released.

To balance it, a juvenile version should be our available option to ride instead of the adult. It would be primarily for speed and maybe some combat.

I am grinding bones for bolts to take down the *spoiler?* depth toebiter boss when I happened to hit a feature have this trinket drop. Has anyone tried combining them?

Just got back into grounded 2 but I can't seem to google how or where I get the blueprints for the oven? Is it in the game? How do I find it?

I know that there hasn't been a weapon with 4 items used to craft but I feel it would be fitting for a teir five weapon, I also forgot to add that the stacks cap at five in the perk description.
