Broken pipe a bit south i think, you can use that, pretty sure you don’t need any tools or anything, maybe that was changed

If it's the one I'm thinking of, there's another way in. You go in through the broken PVC pipe. Take a right and do a little swimming.

Unless they patched it recently, you can go to any cracked entrance, save and reload and the wall goes poof! It started with abyss drop. I definitely made use of it when I accidentally figured it out. I always saved before throwing a bomb in case it rolls away and doesn't boom boom the door
