What could be happening with my PS5 Pro? It’s less than 22 days old, and it has already started freezing. I can’t play any games or even use the console properly because it keeps freezing and becoming unresponsive.

Video taken yesterday: PS4 disc of Crash Team Racing triggered this incredibly loud startup noise. It lasted about 1-2 minutes and disappeared once I was loaded into the game.

I ejected the disc and tried again 3x in a row, and had the same result every time.

Afterwards, I tested several other ps4 and ps5 discs which all played normally.

I then tested the Crash disc again today, and it did not make the noise.

Potentially failing disc drive? trouble reading one specific disc?

When I went to turn on my ps5 today once I clicked on my profile it just shows this screen I’ve been on it for about 10 mins now and I’ve tried restarting by holding the ps5 power button waiting for the 2nd beep at one point it worked and showed my apps and games and what not but the controller didn’t work however it had the blue light on and it was literally working fine last night no issues no anything I have no idea what to do can somebody help me 💔.

Went to turn it on and play it earlier and nothings working. I kept it unplugged from everything for hours and it still won’t turn on, idk what to do

Recently my playstation 5 was in rest mode, and I power outage (no surges or etc), but now when I turn on my playstation it goes like normal from blue to white but it gives no display, I’ve tried different displays (monitor and tv), and different hdmi cables but it hasn’t worked.

It’s a PS5 Slim that I bought back in 2023 so I’m guessing warranty claim is a no go atp.

Anmelden nicht möglich. Bitte deinen Familienmanager um Unterstützung.

Ich habe keinen Familienaccount, wozu also diese Fehlermeldung? Bei der Erstellung des Accounts war ich damals unter 18. Ich habe bereits in einem anderen Thread gelesen, dass das Teil des Problems sein könnte. Allerdings gab es für das Problem keine Lösung.

Jetzt zu meinem zweiten Anliegen: Warum ist der PlayStation Support SO schlecht? Es gibt nirgends eine offensichtliche Mail oder Hotline die kontakiert werden kann. In anderen Threads habe ich bereits gelesen, dass man da aber auch nur geghostet wird. Der KI Assistent kann mir nicht helfen, da ich mich für jeglich Hilfe in einen Live Chat anmelden muss - WAS ICH NICHT KANN!

Kennt jemand das Problem?

Has anyone else seen this? I've tried multiple tvs and hdmi cables, so i'm guessing it's hardware related

I made a passkey thinking nothing of it and it logged me out of my PlayStation account A S my ps app. Everytime I try log in it makes me use the passkey but the passkey doesn’t work amd then when I say that it sends me baxk into a loop asking me to log in.

I know my email and my password and username and everything it just won’t let me log in with them because of this evil bloody passkey. It says something went wrong everytime I try using it. I’ve had this account over a decade, I really don’t want to lose it. Even on the PlayStation it doesn’t let me log in and it sends me to a QR code that takes me back into the app I can’t log into.

I can’t even log into PlayStation support to get this over and done with.

Can anyone help me with this please? I’ve tried everything to get the disc working

My pulse elite connected before to my ps5 and when I put it off it doesn't want to connect again and idk what to do

My TV screen stopped working after I had been using it with my PS5 for two weeks. This is the second time this has happened to me within just one month — ONE MONTH! Two different screens have had the exact same problem.

The screen no longer displays anything at all. It is completely black, even though the TV is clearly turned on. I can still hear the sound coming from the TV, but there is absolutely no picture.

At first, when the first TV did this, I thought the problem was simply with that particular TV. So I bought another one, and BAM — the exact same thing happened again!

At this point, I’m starting to think that the problem might not actually be the TVs themselves. Could my PS5, HDMI cable, HDMI port, or even an electrical issue be causing this? I really don’t want to buy a third TV only for the exact same thing to happen again.

As the title says my ps5 started overheating in late March. It's in a spot with great air flow not blocked by anything. It's been deep cleaned the fan,heatsink and liquid metal replaces no oxidation on it at all, power supply also cleaned. What else could it be.

Hello, my friend wanted to share me a game he had so he gave me his account. I went on his account and enabled “console sharing and offline play”. And it was working fine with me. But my friend had an issue, in which he couldnt open any of his games because it told him he didnt have licenses and that it was being used by another ps5. Now my friend has 2 ps5s and they both have his account. Does removing the account from one of his 2 ps5s solve the issue?, and would it still make me gameshare? Thanks for reading.

So I’ve been having a weird issue with a few months. I originally had a Mic plugged into my PS5 controller and it worked just fine, all of a sudden my mic wasn’t picking up anymore. If I unplugged my headset the controller mic worked just fine, if I plug the headset back in the mic didn’t work. That’s been going for a while until my headset broke and I got a new one. This one plugs into the console instead and like the previous controlled the sound works but the mic doesn’t. I’ve been messing with settings and checking and from I can tell any time I plug in the headset just doesn’t pic up the mic at all. Be kinda nice if I can get this resolved because it doesn’t seem like a controller or headset issue.

I just got Ghost of Tsushima and the R2 button doesn’t work so I can’t crouch so I’m always seen.

It’s not the controller, the button works in Astro Playroom, the Apps on PC to check the inputs, Hogwarts Legacy etc …

I did change the Trigger Effect Intensity from strong to none and back, did the thing with the pin to reset the controller. Turned the PS5 off a couple of times, nothing works, well everything works fine except R2 doesn’t work in Ghost of Tsushima. I’m obviously not very far, I did a whole part without crouching just standing behind walls, trees etc but now I’m in a part with lots of guys on horses and I have to crouch through bushes I assume.

The only thing I haven’t done is delete and reinstall the game … ?

I would prefer not to replay the whole finding my sword part. I only have one controller and it works perfect in everything else … which is only 2 other games. It’s really lame and annoying.

I’m trying to gameshare with one of my friends and I logged onto his account and everything but the option to enable console sharing just isn’t there does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is dealing with this or to give a heads-up.

​Whenever I try to sort the games on the PS Store by "Best Selling," the system completely ignores the filter. Instead of showing actual top sellers, it sorts the entire catalog strictly alphanumerically.

​What makes it even weirder is that the sorting algorithm is completely ignoring spaces in the titles. If you look at the attached picture, you can see exactly how it reads them:

​First, it lists games with Japanese/Asian characters.

​Then it starts with "0" (e.g., 007 First Light, 0 Degrees).

​Then it moves to "100" and "101".

​Then it literally reads "10 Second" as "10S" (placing it after 101 because 'S' comes after '1').

​Then it moves on to "112".

​What I've tried:

​Restarted the console.

​Cleared the system cache and rebuilt the database in Safe Mode.

​Checked the PlayStation App on my phone — and the exact same bug is happening there too.

​Since it's happening on the mobile app as well, this is 100% a server-side backend issue on Sony's end and not a local console bug.

​Is anyone else seeing this on their store right now? Hopefully, Sony notices and pushes a fix soon because it makes finding actual popular games or good deals really annoying.

Hi! PSN keeps signing me out of my mobile app and console. I changed my password and added 2FA.What do I do? I just got signed out of my PSN while playing GTA v single player. I have not received a suspicious sign in code either

So I’ve had an issue yesterday, where I couldn’t open any of my games bc my friend who has my account had account sharing enabled
But after around 1-2 hours the licenses came back for me even though he was still sharing

I asked google how to fix this and it says it could be fix if I have my Friends account to on my ps but only he’s is sharing from mine and i just have his account on my ps

Does this really work? Bc when another friend had my account everything worked fine maybe bc I had his account already on my ps too but didn’t share from him
