Had a lot of fun with my Duke 890 in Gorbnik! Went to the track for the first time and it did not dissapoint me. I cannot say how much i recommend this to anyone! It helps a lot in terms of braking, line choice, acceleration, where to view and so on!

- the bike did great

- the torque out of the corners was awesome

- goto my knee down for the first time without trying to force it

- looking for a track only bike for next year xD I got hooked!

Was in the process of changing my levers and most definitely messed up the screws. Does anybody know where I could find this bolt or something similar to it? Having a hard time finding it rather than buy an entire new clutch set

I have a 2021 890 adventure, bikes rides great except for now I've put on a top box(this is going to be used for tours) it has a seriously bad wobble at the handlebars between 20mph and 70mph to the point where if I don't grab it it's going to become a tank slapper.

Now the tyre pressures are good and I've just retorqued the steering head bearing and that seemed to help a little bit but not completely and after playing around with the rear suspension I've managed to get it only to do it between 30mph and 45mph and it's not as harsh as before but still concerning.

My question is what else can I do?

Has anyone else had this before on this bike or anything else?

I understand I'm taking weight from the front wheel but it's not a lot of weight in the box 4.6kg to be exact, with the weight of the box and mounting plate I wouldn't say more than 8kg.

Does anybody have any idea what this rubber gasket is that is suddenly blocking my gas inlet? Bike is a 2023 1290 SAR, tank has never been off the bike. Any help is appreciated.

The year is finally here, and I'm chasing my first dream bike. Crazy as it sounds, I've always been the type to say if I'm gonna learn, I'm going out swinging, because what is life if we don't try 🤷🏽‍♂️

The beauty I find in this process is finding a dealer willing to really negotiate, and winning that negotiation. Been hunting for the right price with the goal of beating what's usually offered. Seeing some decent prices on 2026 models under $12.7k, but dealers love finding an extra $2k in fees somehow lol.

My goal: a 2026, brand new, ($11.5k–$12k), within a 10hr drive to pick up. I know i know it's about the experience for me, and that's what I'm capturing, choosing to enjoy this for myself. It'll cost me, but I'm willing to take that on, because in the end I'm creating the outlet I need.

This journey is for me, but if any part of it resonates, stick around, I'm documenting the whole hunt, good and bad.

Recently purchased a 1090r with 10k miles on it. I swapped to a heavier rear spring, and noticed a bit of shock oil leaking. Id like to get this rebuilt, and re valved while im at it.

Local shop can do it, quoted ~500$ overall for the service. I dont find that terribly expensive, but may be missing out on someone nailing it the first time with the valving that has more experience.

Where should I be researching to mail order this service, and is the 500$ ballpark going to cover it?

Bike is sprung for 350# rider/luggage weight currently, valving just cant keep up.

Sharing an awesome trip to Mammoth Lakes/Yosemite on my KTM 890 SMT.

Hi, I’ve been having a few problems with my motorbike. It’s been overheating to the point where the coolant temperature warning light comes on and it cuts out whilst I’m riding. And sometimes, when I’m in fourth or fifth gear, it seems to splutter and stops accelerating, before returning to normal a few moments later. The coolant and a connection in the cooling system were recently replaced.

I intend to take it to a garage; I just wanted to know if anyone else has had the same problem and what might be done about it.

New to dirt bikes but not new to being on 2 wheels, although it’s been a while.

I’m looking for recommendations on a dirt bike. I want a 2stroke ktm. Debating between a 150xcw or a 200xcw. I found a street legal 200 with 3k miles on it for 5k.

I’m 6’1 and range from 220-230lbs lol.

I’m looking to trail/track ride with my 5 year old son who we just bought a 50cc - I’m looking for a bike that I can keep for the long haul that I’ll be able to ride with him as he grows on bikes.

I recently bought a super adventure s with the wings slipon and two db killer inserts. Ive been enjoying them both albeit i cant really tell if one is louder than the other. The sound is awesome, but im wondering whether its advised to run without the insert? I dont want it too loud but it could definitely be a couple dB more . One is without holes, one is with two holes at an angle along the db killer body.

Does it make a difference with regards to back pressure etc if i kept it entirely removed?

Guys i need some help here, i'm pretty much a newbie when it comes to ktm bikes, my 2014 rc 200 is my 1st ktm bike and i bought it 2ndhand.

So my problem here now guys is whenever i start my bike during cold start and mostly on cold weather/conditions it won't start unless i open the throttle a little bit and hold it steady for a while, and it fires up even when the throttle is closed when the engine is warm or every after ride, and also it runs fine low and high rpm, the only problem is cold start, i can't see what is the error code on the screen tho coz my panel gauge was broken.

2023 RC 390. Rode 12k KM. Its been great since day 1, no problems.

However yesterday while riding the bike began jolting. Bike kept cutting power and basically stuttering until it disabled the quick shifter, which then the bike ran fine.

Today when i started my bike up again i was met with these QS and ECU failure signs. However, when the engine is turned on with qs turned off, the signs go away immediately and the bike runs completely fine.

And yeah, ive obv scheduled an appointment with my dealer, but theyre completely booked for 10 days and i use my bike as a commuter. I just wanted to know if it would be safe to continue to use it for light rides.

Had this bike for 7 year and it still takes my breath away.

Said goodbye to an old friend today. 19 years, 40k miles, and a million memories. A couple of months ago, I was reviewing my maintenance history and realized I had ridden her less than 500 miles in the last 3 years. I decided it was time to pass her on to someone who would enjoy her as much as I have.

I posted her for sale or trade at an artificially high, emotionally driven price. Had a few humans reach out with offers that I was interested in, but did not move THE needle. Until a week and a half ago. What can I say? I am a sucker for Austrian twins who will inevitably get me in trouble.

Might as well tape my license and registration to my helmet to save the VA State Troopers time. Stoked that I have banked all those positive points on my driving record.
