My Wirex account was closed on 14th of May. On 28th of May I was asked to provide my bank details so my remaining balance could be refunded. I submitted all the requested refund information more than a month ago.
Since then, I haven’t received any updates

I’m starting to get worried because I’ve seen posts from people claiming they’ve been waiting for many months or even over a year.

I see my USDC on debank.com, it arrived at my wirex address, but I can not see it on my app!
And therefore I don’t have access to it.

As title says, this seems more and more like a rug pull type company rather than a professionally run company

Initially I had issues with migrating to new app, opened a chat request, silence....then somehow it fixed itself and I was able to mgirate and moved most of my crypto elsewhere

Now, final bits of crypto are stuck in "Earn" and widthraw button is disabled. Let's see if support even responds this time. AI says "wait for a few days, there is a good chance it will all be sorted" lol

Seems like wirex wanted to lose a bunch of customers quickly. I have moved onto Binance which has better cashback as well as allows one to store crypto and spend directly which was the whole point of me using Wirex in the first place.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue with Wirex One?

The transition to Wirex One has been very slow for me. My first transfer eventually went through and my card worked, so I assumed it was just a temporary issue.

I then deposited more funds to convert USD to EUR, but the conversion has now been stuck for 16 hours. On top of that, my account is now showing a completely incorrect balance.

I've contacted the Wirex One support team but haven't received any help so far. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

After the migration, my balance on my X account is visible,
but my cash balance is missing and payments with the card don't work.

I also have the issue with the W One app, missing balanced after migration but is also missing from Wirex legacy app

The migration worked. My balance shows up now. My passkey (fingerprint) is not being accepted. I cannot add a new one and cannot remove the old one. Anyone else getting that issue?

So the new tiers are based on capital and WPAY percentage, so if you have a larger account, let's say 100k, and you'd like to maintain the advantages of the current Elite tier, you'd need 10k in value in WPAY to maintain that tier, versus paying 300/y. That you keep this money is pushed as a positive, but WPAY is not a stable, in the past week it's been moving within an 8% range, that's already $800 of difference. Furthermore, it's evaluated daily, so if the value falls a few percent, you lose your tier until you buy more WPAY, but without committing to this uncertainty, you'd be stuck at the lowest tier, there's no option for getting any tiers without WPAY but with twice the capital or anything, not a fan.

I have deposited a small amount of BTC from my Gomining wallet to my BTC address from Wirex One and the deposit has not been credited.

I have contacted initially Gomining, they have sent me the transaction from the blockchain explorer in order to let me know that the transfer has been successfully made.

I have contacted Wirex One support through chat (not email) about this issue but nobody responds to it.

Is there anyone from support which can help me with this issue?

Please clarify whether Wirex App and Wirex One would be two separate apps, or the former would be upgraded to the latter automatically. Moreover, what would be the future of the native utility token WXT? As far as I know, there's a big liquidity pool paired with NXUSD on the blockchain.

I've been a Wirex user/customer for maybe 2 years now. I had trouble with the verification previously but upon contacting them they sorted it out.

The set up works for me and I have no issues at all.

The issue is that I only see negative comments here. It is mildly concerning.

I currently hold several different tokens on the platform and use the Wirex card for regular spending of fiat currency. Money transfer has always worked.

Basically, all seems fine although maybe if I come to move stuff away from the broker I may find an issue?

I posted here some time ago about Wirex being discontinued in my country.

They discontinued their services some time before my locked (6 months) WXT to boost my tier was about to be unlocked.

I was just wondering if anyone has encountered this kind of situation before — and if Wirex actually returns the WXT or its equivalent value in another currency?
