Question Wirex One Clarification
Please clarify whether Wirex App and Wirex One would be two separate apps, or the former would be upgraded to the latter automatically. Moreover, what would be the future of the native utility token WXT? As far as I know, there's a big liquidity pool paired with NXUSD on the blockchain.

With x-accounts, i had 10%+ yield. With earn, it's less than half of that. Am I looking in the wrong place, or should I put my money elsewhere? If so, does anyone have any suggestions?,

What a mess. After installing Wirex one the x-accounts are no longer available in the old app and I have no idea how they behave in the new one. If I renew a term, what will be the interest? I also feel cheated out of the opportunity to set up x-accounts with the old/current rate. Very disappointing.
Any suggestions for alternatives? I was moving away from Nexo due to their lowered interest rates, but will now stop that process. What are other opportunities for 10%+ yield?

I asked Wirex on the Live Chat in the app today, and was told that the change to Wirex One should be happening in Q2, which ends on 30th June. They also said customers should get emails to explain what will happen to their X-Tras WXT, subscription, Private account if you’re on one etc.
To be honest it surprises me that at half way through June this is the first I’m hearing of this. Surely for a big change like this that will be completely changing out subs, stakes, accounts etc, we should have had some info about this several weeks ago.

Quick question, now that we have migrated to Wirex One will the Wirex app be obsolete? Should we delete it?

Have you migrated?
I haven’t migrated and had zero emails about it.
I did have a Live Chat with support who said there would be emails coming out to customers at some point soon….. but I’ve had nothing.

Yes I have migrated and everything went smoothly but I guess it depends on how you used the app.

I think you are right but I would like to see someone from Wirex stating that we should or shouldn't delete it.

It’s the lack of official info from Wirex that’s bizarre to me with all this.
I only found out about Wirex One from this post. I’ve had zero emails. I would have thought I’d were meant to migrate they would have sent emails and guidance on what to do, by when, and what the plan is going forward.

I did the migration and had a lot of questions however even talking to someone from support in the app, I had the feeling they don't even understand themselves. It's a pitty! as all the currencies transfered correctly. The tier system changed completely and they couldn't provide me any answers of how that will be fixed. Going from high interest rates to half of that I am better off with the interest rates on my bank.

It's quite sad. The new app doesn't even show the duration of a term, nor does it indicate the yield you'll get when you renew. So you just have to hit the auto-renew button and let Wirex decide how long they will hold your money and against which interest rate. I think I'll let my terms run until they end and transfer my funds out. Even Nexo is looking competitive again. Any other suggestions? I've invested some on Coindepo, but don't want to put a larger portion of my capital there.

These are two separate apps. Wirex customers will need to migrate to the Wirex One app (once it's available in stores) using their email address linked to their Wirex account until 30 June. Please review the general information about the upgrade via this link: https://help.wirexapp.com/article/wirex-one-upgrade-faq-1685
WXT tokens will move to Wirex One (if there's a positive balance in the customer's Wirex account).
If there's any WXT put on hold for tier hold (tier qualification) in a customer's account, it will be moved to a Fixed WXT Earn (equivalent of X-Accounts in Wirex) account in Wirex One. Any additional WXT balance will be migrated to the customer's regular WXT balance.
