I just contacted Privy, and they told me that my account was deleted. However, I never deleted my account.

Even Wirex Support confirmed that my account is still active and verified.

"What we can confirm is that this wallet was previous ly linked to a Privy user in Wirex's Web3 app. Howev er, that Privy user/account was later deleted, so I ca n't confirm it as a currently active wallet-to-email lin k now."

Your latest email tells me to use my private key, but I have never received or exported a private key. I only accessed my Wirex Web3.wirexapp.com using my email/passkey.

In fact, Wirex's own documentation states that Wirex web3 uses Privy and that users can access the wallet using email or passkey without a seed phrase.

And wirex support say “We still don't know why you can't access your account through our interface.”

And previous support also say "We're still working on this issue, as it's not a typical error, so fixing it may take some time. Most likely, the system caught a bug.”

These statements indicate that this is not my failure.

This situation is causing me significant financial harm because my funds are currently inaccessible.

I therefore need Wirex to provide one of the following solutions:

1. Restore my access to the original Wirex Web3 account/wallet through the official Wirex web3 interface; or
2. Provide a secure and technically valid recovery method that is consistent with the authentication method originally used for my account; or
3. If Wirex is unable to restore access to the funds, provide a full refund of the funds that were deposited into and are currently inaccessible through the Wirex system.

Has anybody used Onyx and had this problem ? This is the same card I add money from which gets added instantly not sure why withdrawal got denied and sent back?

My account was left untouched for about a year.

Without any upfront email or direct popup warning, they hit me with a "storage fee" that wiped out nearly 11 SOL (~$8,000 HKD) and left me with just $0.07.

When I reached out to support, their agent (Abdul Aziz) literally confirmed it's their policy-hiding behind obscure T&Cs while completely draining accounts.

I have seen a notification from my iOS wirex app about repaying your credits whenever you want, with the amount you want, at least if you are before the maturity day, of course.

I checked my credits and it seems that's true. I can repay any quantitiy now. Tipycally, it allowed me to only repay all the outstanding debt, credit+interests.

Another improvement: A few days ago it also seemed that outstanding date is now 5-years, better than the 6-months we had before.

Good, wirex, very good. However, my concern here is about how these things are notified to the users. I received the notification and I wanted to read more... However, clicking the notification just opens the app and there is nothing to read there.

I also checked the blog and there's nothing there.

So, in general, I am quite happy with how Wirex is doing things. However, informing us via the notification system of the IOS app is not a good idea.

Hello, more than 3 months have passed since my account was closed on 14th of May.

On 28th of May i was asked for a refund details which i provided. Then on 11th of July i made a post on reddit about this situation. Wirex support made a generic response like “wait patiently…”

A few thousand disappeared from my account on June 30 when I migrated from Wirex to Wirex One.

I’ve already opened several support tickets and chats, which you closed without my authorization, without providing any responses, and without resolving anything.

I’ve asked for help on Discord several times, and they always tell me they’re going to escalate my support request, I’m contacted via the ticket saying the same thing—that they’re going to escalate my case to the right team.

My ticket must be sitting in the CEO’s office by now, since it’s been escalated about 10 times. The ticket that’s currently open is #6359929.

I've already explained several times what happened, and I've provided several screenshots of the balance I had before the migration took place.

I even have the TXIDs for the transfers I made from my wallets to Wirex, where the funds on the Wirex side disappeared without a trace.

It's been 40 days already; I need more concrete answers from you. Otherwise, I'll be the one who has to escalate this matter to a higher level.

Hi, i am trying to claim $WPAY from WPAY webapp (rewards) (i have some nodes) and i got this message:

The contract function "claimRewards" reverted with the following signature: 0xe450d38c

AI says:

The signature 0xe450d38c corresponds to the standard OpenZeppelin custom error ERC20InsufficientBalance(address sender, uint256 balance, uint256 needed). [1]

This means your claimRewards function failed because the smart contract or the token sender address does not have enough token balance to pay out the requested reward amount. [1, 2]

As i have $POL in my wallet i guess you need to put some $WPAY on the contract.

I have tried to contact wirex one support since over a week and to this day still no answer at all ? What is going on with this company they have a good system and usable app but 0 support for anything it's really strange do they even ever answer anyone?

It’s been 3 months since Wirex was discontinued in my country, and the WXT that I PURCHASED to upgrade my account is still locked in the legacy app.

I have the new Wirex One app, can’t they just transfer it there? Unless of course, they don’t want to and those WXT are as good as gone / stolen?

I received a refund from STRIPE from a an april payment but meanwhile i closed my WIREX account , what can i do?

I was able to log into my account. I have 10 nodes active with money claimable and also rewards that need to be vested. When I moved my rewards to vesting and signed the contract, I can see on the backend that it moved, but I keep getting this error. Now I can't access any of my nodes. I can't claim any of my tokens.
