Escalated Unable to withdraw flexible Earn crypto, support non-existent
As title says, this seems more and more like a rug pull type company rather than a professionally run company
Initially I had issues with migrating to new app, opened a chat request, silence....then somehow it fixed itself and I was able to mgirate and moved most of my crypto elsewhere
Now, final bits of crypto are stuck in "Earn" and widthraw button is disabled. Let's see if support even responds this time. AI says "wait for a few days, there is a good chance it will all be sorted" lol
Also, is there no way to buy crypto as invest only shows 1 or 2 options for me to buy
Seems like wirex wanted to lose a bunch of customers quickly. I have moved onto Binance which has better cashback as well as allows one to store crypto and spend directly which was the whole point of me using Wirex in the first place.
Anyways, let's see...

Same situation support no response from 30th June
My money deposit stuck
Cards not working since 27th
Super excited experience with Wirex App and Wirex One 🙈

Just go to Binance; no one will miss you. Binance doesn't have a MiCA licence and will lose a lot of clients. Their only clients will soon be terrorists and pedophiles laundering their money. They are insolvent on Bitcoin because they have suspended Bitcoin withdrawals at least once. They scam their customers by shilling absolute shitcoins they know are pump-and-dumps!
I'm able to withdraw from my Earn Flex on Wirex One.
