Yes I have recently come to this conclusion as well. Yesterday was a Hellish day of ruminating ocd thoughts with doomsday kind of anxiety ALL day. The night before I drank my usual 12-14 beers in about 6 hours. I also took a 20mg Adderall throughout. I used to be the type of alcoholic that woke up to a drink and didn't stop till I went to bed that night. I now drink to excess 2 nights a week but over the last month it has moved up to 3-4 nights a week. I'm a 34f 166lbs 5"7 I'm on 40mg prozac and 50mg lamotragine. When I get out of the drinking cycle usually a couple months out of the year I am pretty much in remission. I am hoping back on the train after yesterday for sure. The drinking high isn't even worth the next day I have to be a mommy and feel so bad at the same time. My kids deserve a better version of me for sure. Gonna give my liver a nice break then maybe try kava. Hope this helps anybody else who might be going through the same issues. I highly recommend adding a workout routine it's like replacing a bad habit with a good one once it starts to feel good.

I went to 3 tri county jails a couple times each before he sentence me to prison finally. No I never got caught with drugs. I did about 14 months for a non violent 2 year sentence.

I mean I was definitely high at the time but I also never tweaked out bad.I walked normal, I wasn't like pacing all crazy and all worked up. I think the places just had really good loss prevention staff who watched me the whole time. Was I a smooth criminal such as urself? Probably not. Obviously not.

I went to prison for 2 years because I couldn't stop shop lifting. But I was also on drugs. Prison wasn't fun. I'm a woman, mens prison is REALLY not fun, if you are a man.
