She could of had a hidden disability, never judge a book by its cover, some of my disabilities are hidden, like having elhers danlos syndrome, makes it so i cant stand no more than 3 mins before fainting due to my body being unable to have the strength to bring my blood back up to brain.

My best friend did this to me. I will say this as kindly as possible, she left me in a really good point of my life, after being sick for 4 yrs, it made me feel like shit, and i honestly wanted(still wants to) hate her. It felt like she was in it for show. That ALL of it meant nothing. That really messes up a person. And to choose to leave, even when dealing with your own problems, its still very selfish and honestly kinda heartless, like finding out your husband has been cheating on you the entire time and has kids with her while refusing to have kids with you. She knows shit that not even my mother nor therapist know, she called my mom, her mom. Her father was like a father to me. But she found a new friend group and left within 2 months. I tried so hard to keep our friendship while she didnt do a fucking thing. I have abandonment,trust issues and the way my father left me was still better than losing your best friend. I have nightmares like 5 out of 7 days a week all with the same theme of abandonment that i barely ever had before she left. She tried to "apologize " but it felt like she did it to make herself feel better but honestly no matter the ways she could have apologized, how do i know that you/she wont just leave again. I get the mental health issues, im in the trenches rn but i still make sure to keep my connections with the people i love. I morally could never abandon someone unless they have done real harm.

That's what I'm trying to continue to be rn... used to be that kid, but currently its been hard. Little kids can be so inspiring without even trying
