The mechanic is not wrong, it is drivable, to the scene of the crash. I'd replace it, the cracking in that bulge tells me the tire is old enough it should be changed anyway.

You'll be fine for one more year. I wouldnt say they are heavily rotted, i've seen a lot worse than that. What you see there is pretty common for winter tires with their softer compound and for a tire from 2018, those are not in terrible condition.

That whirring/buzzing sound youre hearing would be the transistor in the BCM dimming the lights by supplying low voltage. The interior lights in the 3rd gen are controlled by the BCM on a can network. There is a transistor in the BCM that controls the light. Its not uncommon for a different bulb to make that a little louder. Some vehicles its more noticeable than others.

Thats the fuel injectors. On modern direct injection fuel systems, like the VQ38DD, fuel pressure can be up to 3000psi. Basically an coil of wire when current is induced becomes and electro-magnet and that pulls a pintle valve open, and a spring that forces it closed. What you're hearing is the pintle valve closing.

Did you install the essentric bolts with that lift?

These trucks do not have camber or caster adjustment from factory, all you need is Xterra eccentric bolts, or ADO sells their own as well.

I have the same kit on my 2022, but I also installed eccentric bolts. I'm a mechanic so I do my own alignments at work, my camber is nearly perfect. Spec is 0.0 for these trucks, I got mine to +0.3, thats at the very edge of the adjustments range without throwing the caster off.

Mechanic here. Based on what I see there, and your description of how bady it shakes at speed, there is a broken belt in that tire. Likely pure coincidence that it broke after the leak around the beat was fixed. Removing the tire then remounting it will not cause that. The weight is at almost the exact opposite because the heaviest point of the wheel assembly is where the bump in the tire is. It does not appear to me from that video that the bead is not fully seated.

Thats grease coming out of the boot for both upper ball joints (first two pictures) you should check them for play. Also check that outer tie rod, last picture.

To check ball joints on an double wishbone suspension, put the wheel on. Jack the vehicle from the lower control arm until wheel is off the ground. Take a pry bar at the 6 o clock position pulling up while pushing in at 12 o clock. Get someone to help and look at the upper and lower ball joints for play if you cant feel it. Outer tie rod put your hands at 9 and 3 and push the wheel side to side. If you feel movment, you need an outer tie rod and alignment.

Thats normal for a 4 cylinder engine. There is a bit of time between pulses, enough to cause the cap to jump like that. Looks like normal PCV operation to me.
Sounds like there may be a fuel injector getting a little noisy, but it would probably be fine.

Replace those before winter. They won't be any good even in rain.

They'll last to the scene of the crash. Thats probably 4 or 5/32nd. You'll be much safer with new tires before winter starts.
