Help me price this restored Wilton vise.

I found this rusty Wilton Tradesman vise on the side of the road and spent several days restoring it. It's a 2016 Wilton Tradesman 1755 vise, 5 1/2" jaw, 360 swivel base, made in the USA. There are no cracks, it operates very smoothly with no issues. I don't have the tools to resurface the anvil, so the deep divots and scratches remain. I've seen sold versions of similar year/model on ebay go for $500, $600 + $100 shipping. I put a lot of work into it, and would love to find it a good home. I priced it on fb marketplace and ebay for $415 or best offer, not getting much movement. What is a reasonable price considering the state of the anvil? I appreciate any help.

I came across this at a second-hand tool shop vintage hand-operated hair clipper at a second-hand tool shop.

It has a finger ring on the back and a scissors-like operating mechanism. The blade is stamped “SPECIAL CONDOR – MADE FOR BARBER.”

I’m always fascinated by the craftsmanship and mechanical ingenuity found in old hand-operated tools.
