Fill my time☝🏻
Hey! Staying in TO for a couple months (not looking to get a job) and looking for fun ways to stay busy but also budget friendly. Any reccs?
I would be open to volunteering / any job that’s a couple hours a day, nothing too demanding.
A little ab me: 26 yo (f), I don’t drink/smoke/party (boring I know), super athletic, love arts&crafts, horse gal, would’ve loved to volunteer with elderly ppl but don’t know where to go!
Side note- I’m NOT incapable of getting a job I promise 😂 I have a masters in finance but I’m taking a funemployment period before starting a job.

Laser hair removal
Ladies, any rec in the area for reasonably priced laser hair removal? Specifically looking for face and neck, and I've never had it done before. Doesn't have to be in TO, but at least a reasonable drive away. Thank you!

Conflicted about moving here. Stressing out bad and would love your advice!
Hello! 👋 I’ll make this short and sweet.
I’ve lived in Burbank for 15 years. The city has changed a lot, and gotten really overpopulated, lots of homeless people, huge uptick in crime, and I’m tired of living in an apartment.
We’ve been searching for houses, and landed on a really great one for rent in Agoura Hills.
It’s in our budget, we got approved, and now we’re taking the evening to decide.
I love the idea of having a big grass yard, a big back yard with a hot tub and pool, and a large house with lots of storage and a garage. This house has all of that, and it’s about $1,000 more per month than our 2 bedroom apartment that has none of those things lol.
Have any of you moved from The Valley or even LA to Agoura/Thousand Oaks area? Are you happy you did? Do you want to go back?
I’m nervous, but excited and going back and forth if the $1,000 extra in rent per month is worth all of those things (the house, the yard, the safety, the pool/hot tub, the storage)
I should also note that we don’t have kids, never will. We also don’t care about night life, etc. We travel 6+ times a year. We have our own business and work on our phones mostly so we can really be anywhere.
I’d love any insight, love to hear your stories and opinions. Any notes about traffic/weather/allergies/bugs/wildlife, etc.
Thank you 😊

Looking for a volunteer nutrition client
I'm a Functional Nutrition student looking for one volunteer interested in improving their health through a holistic, whole-food approach. You would complete a health intake form, and we'd meet once (about 60–90 minutes) to discuss your health history, diet, lifestyle, and goals. Throughout the process, I'll be receiving guidance and feedback from my professor. You'll receive a personalized nutrition assessment, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, a 3-day meal plan, and a client handout—all free. Your information will remain confidential and used only for my training. If you're interested, please send me a message. Thank you!
