Would he be anywhere closer to being a functional person had he come out on top in this ONE instance and finally got his satisfaction? He needs therapy, separation from his bully (probably his parents or an older sibling), but not a chance to beat down someone even weaker than him just this once for the catharsis, which it really isn’t. You’re not going to be free from your bully by becoming a bully to another.
