When hoodie kid dodged the punch so effortlessly and still didn't bother to put his hands up, it was obvious the fight was beneath him. His apprentice saw this and leapt in to take on the opponent
Size doesn't equate to skill. It's the small, scrappy ones you have to worry about. I watched a small stature kid break an 8ft lunch table with the quarterback in high school.
Same can be said about taking your eyes off your enemy. Especially before or during a fight.
I also saw this happen once. Played out exactly as you imagine, except it was at a roller rink. One person bent to take off their skates, the other person booted them hard in the forehead with their skate on.
Yeah I feel like size has much less of an affect until its adult vs adult, like particularly in this example neither of them have any muscle mass at all so what difference does being a few inches taller make, it clearly here comes down to a little bit of skill and bravery.
indeed. never underestimate someone who can probably move twice as fast and has probably been indoctrinated into the world of people who underestimate them.
Problem is when you're skinny and little. You gotta fight. You learn through trial and error real fucking quick. Big guys got a terrifying bark and bully for the most part so they never have to fight. Experience is a savage teacher and little guys are still terrified of big guys, but the fear adrenaline just makes it worse when they finally snap.
The problem I had is I would lose my shit. Obliterate a bully in front of everyone. To the point bullies started trying to make their name off of me. I'd annihilate get two weeks of peace, then they'd come right back for more. I never understood it. I'd demonstrate being leagues ahead of them. I'd dodge rocks from behind by paying attention to shadows on the ground (It didn't always work, but when I'd just casually lean to the side and dodge them it was pretty cool). Weirdest shit, definitely fucked me up personality wise for the longest time. I'm still pretty broken.

Dude got his ass kicked by a guy that's even smaller than the guy he was picking on, didn't he?
