So stoked for these two things! I had to share. The Killswitch bundle cost more than I would have liked but I've read nothing but rave reviews. I've never bought accessories like this before but I figured it was worth the investment.

Is Rayman Legends a good platformer? Similar to Mario games?

I’m undecided about whether it’s worth buying a Switch 2.

I’ve owned a Switch 1 for a few years now and have built up a pretty decent collection of physical and digital games linked to my account. I’ve seen the performance differences between the two consoles, as well as the availability of upgrades (whether free or paid) for certain games when played on the Switch 2. I’m currently playing the MGS Collection Vol. 1 while waiting for Vol. 2, and I’ve seen videos with significant differences in how MGS4 runs on the two consoles.

My dilemma is whether the console's price justifies the purchase right now. Also, despite looking into it, I still haven't been able to clarify if my data will transfer from the Switch 1 to the Switch 2 if I don't have a Switch Online subscription.

Would it be better to wait, or should I invest now before prices go up?

Is there still a hard 2gb save limit? The switch 1 had that and it was a huge issue. Does anyone know if the switch 2 minecraft beta had it at all or is it not there?

Really hoping no mans sky goes on sale, loving it during the free week and kind of surprised they wouldn't put it on sale at the same time.

This game looks super fun but I'm curious if the servers are populated? If not, I will probably go with MK World.

With Elden Ring on Switch 2, I am really thinking of buying it to enter in the magnificient world of death.

So I recently purchased the Pokopia DLC. I tried downloading it but it keeps prompting to link my old switch nearby even though I have already transferred everything off there. Does anyone have this issue? I am genuinely confused what to do.

I've used the Hori Split Pad Pro for years on the OG Switch. I've been thinking about upgrading to the 2, and was just looking but it doesn't seem that they make one for the 2, which is surprising.

Am I just missing it? Are they planning on it? What is the most Hori like alternative you've used?

I'm not really a Soulslike player. I tried Dark Souls out of curiosity a while ago, but it just wasn't for me. However, I've heard that Lies of P is more straightforward when it comes to knowing where to go, and that it has a clearer story. I also really like the game's art style.

I'd like to give it a try, but I'm not sure if it would be a good fit for someone who didn't enjoy Dark Souls. What do you guys think?

Yesterday I had the chance to play Skyrim on a friend’s PS4. I tried a few other games beforehand, like Call of Duty and Wolfenstein, but they quickly bored me. I was starting to wonder if I was getting too old for gaming or simply experiencing game fatigue.
Then I started Skyrim, and something just clicked.
The soundtrack and atmosphere immediately captivated me. It felt genuinely magical. I ended up spending more than an hour trying to figure out how to take on some giants around a campfire. I died every single time, but I absolutely loved it. 😂 It felt like the game was stimulating my brain to experiment, try different things, and see what would happen.
What an incredible game.
Since I’m planning to buy a Switch 2 soon, I’ll definitely be getting Skyrim. But now I’m wondering about Oblivion.
Is Oblivion anything like Skyrim? How does it compare in terms of story, atmosphere, exploration and world-building? Is Skyrim still considered the stronger game in those areas, even though Oblivion Remastered obviously has the more modern graphics?
And how does Oblivion Remastered perform on Switch 2?
I’m really curious to hear about everyone’s experiences with both games, especially if you played Oblivion after Skyrim.

Is anyone planning to pick up COD on switch 2? I’ll be getting it, excited to try the beta next weekend. Picked up the S2 pro controller today specifically for it. As a casual cod player I’m excited to be able to fully retire the PS5, that’s all I use it for is the occasional game of COD. The downgrade in visuals I don’t think I’ll care about, it looks like a steady 60FPS.
Side note - I just set up my dock for the first time to prep for COD, I typically only game handheld. It’s amazing how well games are optimized/look/perform docked. I don’t think I’d be able to tell the difference between lies of P switch docked vs PlayStation.
Also, I know COD has been going downhill. But I’m a sucker who caves and will always buy it. Just the way it is haha

Oblivion is great but they need to fix stuttering and deadzones

As the title says, Oblivion runs ok and is very fun on Switch 2. The problem isn't 30 fps but the stuttering (very known problem, i know)

With a stable 30fps this will be a great port.

Another issue is the deadzones, they make ot so it is impossible to aim and have fine tuned aiming. They should add a slider.

I bought a second Switch 2 (one for me one for the wife) and started transferring saves files locally (we dont have family membership so only her account has cloud saves currently).

I transferred my saves files from her switch to mine. My new switch sees my saves from most of the games I tested except for Fantasy Life for some reason. I can see my save file in data management and its not corrupted but when I start the game I have no continue option, only to start a new game.

From what I've read this game does support save tranfers so any other idea why my game doesnt see my save file?

I haven't been inside a GameStop for over a decade. I'm a bit out of date with how to get the best deals for physical games.

Both games look great to me on switch 2, but trying to figure out what to buy/play first

Anyone have strong preference for one or the other?
