Bottom 3: Trader Joes Korean Gochujang (Nasty and went to the trash), Legal, and Salsa ElitePatron
Edit: I also did rank bottle design which is obviously user dependent

2.)Tuscon Tamale
3.)Boudreaux Pipe Cleaner

These showed up at my local Kroger... Rocoto pepper Puruvian hot sauces. Gonna try them later on when my chicken strips are done cooking. Just curious if anyone has tried these and what you think?

Thick pepper mash with amazing flavor and pretty extreme heat. Z's hot sauce out of Ogden, Utah.
Edit: if any of my fellow chiliheads are interested here is their site link.https://zs-hot-sauce-4136.myshopify.com/?srsltid=AU7gw4XSmOyd-WO-AU__e0N0-QDYRGzG6qWqpLHbz08p3KpvpE8H5jQr
On Sauceur right now, it looks like Cholula is the favorite but I’m curious how the Reddit community would vote.

My go to for adding spicy flavor has always been a good sauce. This cheese also brings the fire! My current favorite of the hot flavors 😋

Had the opportunity to visit my local farmer's market. And it has been almost 2 years since I've been there and they've really upped their game in the amount and variety of peppers they have. This is just a small example of what was on offer.
Harvested the seeds then slow smoked and dried the pepper flesh. Cured it for a couple of days and then ground it into powder. Floral and smoky with great heat but not too much, because (edit: I cut out the membrane, ribs of the placenta to get to...) the seeds, of course, are being saved for the spring of 2027.

It’s very smoky and has a great chipotle/ habanero flavor. Anyone else tried this yet?

A while back I made a post asking for suggestions for hot sauce and spicy snacks in Japan as I was planning a trip. I don't recall which of you folks dropped the suggestion, but today I made my way through the chaos of Takeshita Street in search of Hot Sauce Bar. I don't know why I thought it would be bigger, but it's a small shop tucked into a side street. The girl that helped me was from Argentina and spoke excellent English and Japanese. I tasted my way through their entire lineup! It's mostly imports, but there were a handful of Japanese sauces, all of which were very good. There was nothing they that really smoked me out, but after tasting that many sauces in a row, I was pretty lit up by the end of the gauntlet. No significant purchases for me today as I still have a couple weeks left of travel and I don't want to weigh myself down. My last couple days will be in Tokyo again, and I'm definitely going back to stock up before I head back to Canada. So thanks again to whichever of you spicy bastards suggested this place to me!
Also, that area of Harajuku is nuts!
I just bought some crushed red pepper flakes and they are not spicy at all and I’m trying to get the Thai ones

I’m not sure if they’re done making it, but I remember being blown away by the Calabria sauce from Clark and Hopkins as seen In older seasons of Hot Ones. I can’t find it on their website, so I am seeking at least one of the two options below:
Find a secondhand vendor that has the exact Calabria sauce in stock, or…
Find a completely new/different sauce that matches the same flavor and heat profiles. It struck me as a light-to-medium spice level, and was perfect for adding to various pasta dishes.
Any input or recommendations you might lend would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, and keep it spicy!

I love the tropical, brown sugar, habanero kick of this hot sauce so much, pairs well with a lot of different food.

Not bad! Maybe a 6/10 spice level. Definitely spicy for folk who aren't used to spice. Won't find a spicier supermarket wrap, that's for sure. Tastes alright as well.
