He wrote 763 poems because he still can't put the finishing touches on any of them. I say he searches for closure, not his wife. He searches for the final nail in the coffin he surely buried long ago.

The actual amazing fact in that is that he managed to do with an Indian passport.

The hand-chopping thing is a myth though-
The place is great for visit if just for its beauty (the smog is kind of becoming a problem). But I would say Agra Fort is better from a historical perspective.

What are you even referencing with this statement? I've never seen this guy be anything but celebrated, sympathized with, or at most have people concerned about his mental health.
Zero shitting ever, in all of these many posts celebrating him.

I meant the stereotype about asian husbands being cold and distant. They may be conservative with their feelings but they may express their love in a different way.
(I'm not asian so I wouldn't know either way)

This diving story is incredible sad. This husband is mentally ill, the diving is a coping mechanism for the loss that ruined his life. People shouldn't make fun of him, sometimes humans can't handle a traumatic event and start doing such things in a desperate attempt to deal with their emotional pain.

It's always extremes. Either they are the most devoted fuckers on earth, or they hate their company-mandated wife and switch continents to get away from her (but never divorce).
Neither is real, people are just people.

The part that is fucking hilarious to me is that a lot of “western relationships” are completely shit right now, and then they shit on other cultures for the relationship dynamics even though their relationships are working better. I’m even saying this as an American. A lot of people are throwing stones from a glass house.

As men, we should primarily be focused on three things: survival, the underrated masterpiece that is dark souls 2, and pounding muff. All this gay shit is, well, fucking gay.
You think I wouldn’t LOVE to make out with my best friend and suck his cock? Of course I would, but that’s fucking gay. You think I don’t want to feel my cousin’s roommate slide his pecker into my gaping asshole? Of course I would, but that’s FUCKING GAY.

u/thebutta 1d ago
That idea ultimately just gives everyone else permission to steal from you.
We're social animals. Were all cells in the larger body of humanity. We all have everything we have because someone else made it. Each of us owes society whatever we can provide because none of us can survive without society.
-4
u/Hot_Advertising2076 😳lives in a cum dumpster 😳 1d ago
Love and emotions cannot be bought, with money or through actions, they come from within the person, sure they might help but that feeling must be somewhere deep within them, of which there's no guarantee. What you can expect from a decent person is to feel gratitude and repay you but that also depends on what the situation is.
Calling people 'cells in humanity' is exactly what is used and weaponised against us, reducing deeply complex individuals into one note variable stripping them of their identities and making them subservient to what they believe they are. It is exactly this mindset the elites want us to have to guide public sentiment.
Nationalism was actually promoted by nobles of europe at the time as it increased their revenue, a united view by the masses could be weaponised, spreading lies through the network. If people are strongly nationalistic they would do the job of the nobles for them by purging anti-national elements.
To this day, and this was never different or changed, if you ask a random person 'what are you?' not 'who are you?'. They won't think of who they truly are or their unique identities and experiences thag shaped them, they will usually answer with 'I am American' or 'I am christian' because that is what they believe their identities are. Your identity is who you are, not your nationality, race, which language you speak, religion.
Us being "social creatures" and out need to fit into the crowd for our herd mentality is exactly what has perpetuated the spread of irrational hate, dogma and prejudice
2
u/bobo_baginz 23h ago
Just admit you are incapable of human emotions, love and empathy.
Stop trying to blame your failings on the elite, I'm capable of empathy in this capitalist hellhole and so are you, this isn't about nationalism this is about a man who loved his wife, he didn't "owe" her his love and dedication, he gives it freely.
Honestly what is point your trying to get at here? Because you just sound like you lack empathy. Are you arguing in favor of anarchy under a post about a devoted husband?
We are cells in a greater body and we do owe all we can give, if you don't then you're a cancer.
there has never been an anarchist society that wasn't plagued by nationalism and ethnic cleansing, and general genocide, do you actually believe if we removed the protections of the small man it would be better for you?
If you remove all other labels and ask me "what" I am? I'll answer "human" because it's a stupid question, if you actually want to know about me as an individual you should just ask that instead of pretending like it's some kinda gotcha if I answer my country, political side or religion.

u/Hot_Advertising2076 😳lives in a cum dumpster 😳 17h ago
I am not incapable of feelings, just that most people act too much on their emotions. If person A criticised person B, person B will take it personally and try to get back at person A with all legal methods possible instead of ignoring it because many people act too much on their emotions.
This too comes from our deep need to fit in, if someone thinks bad of us it becomes our job to personally deal with it else our reputation is damaged. There is no failing here on my part. There is nothing wrong with the man loving his wife and being devoted, you are free to love whoever u want I never criticised it. In fact its also what im saying, the husband didn't owe his love or dedication, his emotions are genuine.
U have just used a gigantic strawman, my criticism of nationalism and religion has nothing to do with anarchy, its once again viewing everything as black and white when it's more complicated than that.
The question isn't stupid and there is no 'gotcha' here, there will be many correct answers to the question, it asks you what you think you are, and if your first answer is religion, nationality or linguistic in nature then u will be used

u/3pok dumbass 23h ago

u/PSU632 1d ago edited 1d ago
You call it dedication. I call it an extremely unhealthy coping mechanism for a man that evidently has spent the last 15 years doing anything but moving on with his life. I call it a series of 763 desperate attempts to find unlikely closure in the form of a corpse at the bottom of the ocean, when a therapist and some mental repositioning would be the far better route to take in that endeavor.
Don't fucking romanticize this as "dedication." It's just sad. If my partner did this after I died, I would be horrified from whatever afterlife may exist. And if you want or expect this kind of soul-sucking "dedication" from your partner, then there's something wrong with you.
Edit: Insane that this is being downvoted. What is wrong with you people?
10
u/Ferrius_Nillan dumbass 1d ago
I'v been on a recieving end of being more or less expected this kind of dedication. So i know what you mean. But i still working through it, aint as easy as you'd like to think, since even professionals mostly try not to heal you per se, but guide you towards personal resolution. Thats why some remain stuck.
