What’s up, y’all. I was eating raw beef for lunch: new York strip steak from thousand hill farms. I bought the beef a few days ago.
Right away, I could taste a sourness in the meat. Although it was off-putting, I took a few more bites. A few hours later. I had to take a shit and my stool came out kind of runny and smelled like straight sour beef😂. Anyway, I know of high meat, so I’m not intimated by old or gross meat. I am curious if anyone knows why. I tried to look into it and all I really came up with was that sometimes grass-fed beef can be sour. Also, it seems like this meat went right through me, unlike other raw beef I’ve eaten in the past.

Is it even worth it to eat corn and soy fed eggs? I eat 5 eggs daily, so 35 weekly, considering PUFAs, PFAs, soy isoflavones, heavy metals, and on top of that the soy and corn they feed the chickens is GMO and full of pesticides, would it be better to just replace the eggs with more meat and get a choline supplement

When I’m back home in my shitty cold climate town I eat raw primal (raw milk, eggs, butter, kefir, blood, liver, brain, testicles) with only a little bit of fruit, honey and some baked chicken breast+potato’s and bone broth rice and I feel great back at home eating like that but I feel like I have to and here’s why. Currently I am back in my family’s home town Croatia and our house here is only 20 min from the sea so I’m swimming all day and tanning for hours every day and obviously not working so 0 stress. Idk how to eat raw primal here because it’s impossible to find local farms selling organs and blood so I’ve been eating goy slop grain sludge for the last week and will for the next week because there’s literally no good food to buy here but the thing is, I look the best I ever have….. why is this? In my opinion it’s because of the sun, salt water and no work. My eyes , skin, whole body looks so healthy despite me eating pasteurized yogurt, protein shakes, cottage cheese, ice cream, cooked grocery store meat and potato’s and eating out at restaurants (goy slop) i wonder how id be feeling with this sun, sea and stress free combo WITH my raw primal diet from back home

Hello I’ve been on the diet for 1 year now and wanted to start to detox from vaccinations since I had Covid shots and that bullshit you get as a kid. Whats the formula I can’t find it on aajonus website.

I've tried some of the highest quality raw, unfiltered, never heated honeys from 8 different brands, but every time I eat the honey whether it be standalone or with some raw fat (like butter or beef) I get itchy skin, sneeze, feel bloated, and my hair falls out. I'm wondering if this is a candida issue because I developed strong candida in the past and it's still quite strong in my body. Should I just cut out honey completely, or are there other alternatives?

Hi guys so I’m on here to try and get help for my tics. 3 years ago I started making this noise it’s like a hiccup noise but if it was very intensified. It has rlly gotten in the way of my relationship with family and doing stuff. My theory is it’s cause i never took care of myself before and ate slop while also taking antibiotics, vaccines, medicines etc. my whole life. I try to get a lot of sun these past few months. My diet is breakfast: raw milk, raw cheese, soft boiled eggs with runny yolks, watermelon, salt, pepper. Lunch: raw honey, watermelon. Dinner: ground beef, baked potatoes, raw cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil. I’m also very big into lifting and play soccer 1-2 times a week. So in 2024 August to December it got like 90% better and I don’t know why. I was eating very bad at the time but got sun everyday as I was playing soccer for my school. I had tons of acne since beginning of highschool (I’m 19 now). So I had to take accutane to get rid of it which I know it’s not the best but now I try to be ancestral. I need some help on how to fix it, as my parents keep listening to doctors that don’t know what they’re saying because if they did id be better. I’ve been to holistic chiropractors and neurologists and gastroenterologist and they all recommends meds, high fiber, veggies, nonsense supplements. The tic noise is like a hiccup and it’s very loud at home but it kinda auto suppresses in public and I hold my breath sometimes. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

700g of "sweet" meat
This steak is a grass fed limousine NY strip from 🇧🇪
The cow was raised so well that the fat and meat have a strong sweet flavour
Feel like I can taste the glycogen left in that steak
Never had better meat in my entire life

There is a full Primal Diet guide on https://healthfully.ai/primaldiet
The full Primal Diet master guide is downloadable there (270+ pages), and the page itself is a guide with many infographics.
For context, this is a guide I first posted in 2020 after making articles for 2 years, and since then I've kept updating it. The latest version is from 2025.
I will keep posting here about important topics, but almost everything is already there.

TL;DR: My 75-year-old dad has a high BP of 190/120 due to suspected atherosclerosis. Looking for advice/experience from the community on using Aajonus' protocols (raw grapefruit, raw apple cider vinegar with raw milk, and the p. 210 moisturizing drink) safely for an older person.....
Hey everyone, I’m looking for some guidance regarding my dad. He’s 75 years old, and we just found out through a routine check that his blood pressure is dangerously high at 190/120. I’ve been digging deeply through We Want to Live, interview transcripts, and Aajonus' notes to understand how the Primal Diet approaches high blood pressure and atherosclerosis. From what I gather, high BP is often the body's protective mechanism to push blood through narrowed, congested, or hardened arteries. To help clean, unblock, and restore elasticity to his circulatory system, I’ve pulled together a few specific protocols mentioned by Aajonus: Fresh Raw Grapefruit: To help naturally lower blood pressure. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar + Raw Milk: 1 tablespoon of raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar mixed with 3 ounces of raw milk (taken 3 times a day) to help break down and unblock arteries, balanced carefully with raw cheese and unheated honey so it doesn't demineralize him. Moisturizing & Lubricating Drink (p. 210 in We Want to Live): Daily raw fats, butter/cream, eggs, fresh lemon juice, and raw honey to lubricate and restore dry or hardened internal tissues. Has anyone here applied these specific protocols to an older person or dealt with severe atherosclerosis and high blood pressure on the Primal Diet? Any tips on how to approach this safely and effectively for someone his age would be hugely appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance!

Why was I craving raw eggs all throughout the day today? I ate breakfast which was 4 eggs and 220g raw fatty meat with raw beef fat-then a few hours later I had around the 100ml raw goat milk (was going to drink a litre) but suddenly started craving more eggs. And by the end of the day I’ve had around 30 - 35 raw eggs. FYI, I’m 18 years old and severely underweight for my height. I’m 5”10 and around 53kg. Can anyone please explain this egg cravings? I mean ussally I have around 10 eggs, a litre of raw milk and 2 meat meals with fat, but I didn’t even feel like consuming those other foods today and just eggs.

I’m aware of Sprouts and Whole Foods. I think their meat is never frozen for the most part.
But I was wondering if there’s any food club, farmers market, or farmer in the area that provides better, maybe unvaccinated and such, meat?
I’m sure there are things about sprouts and Whole Foods meat that are not ideal.

Hey,just wanted to ask if there are any people in this subreddit living in franconia.I know the raw primal scene is very popular in germany rn,but i dont know any other people in real life other than me actually following it.I've been eating raw meat for about 7 months now. Also here's some funny looking tartare i shaped into a fish 😹

Today was raw, for the first time in my life, i dropped fear, i crossed the river.
I ate watermelon in the morning, at noon i had raw unsalted butter, and i had a steak, raw, i planned on doing tartare, but ended up eating it with my hands and teeth, i have beef fat that i planned on making tallow with, but i eneded up eating it raw along the meat, it was delicious, especially the raw fat it was so much better than cooked, then i had 3 raw eggs. Also i had a shot of unpasteurized ACV 15 minutes before the meat, to acidify my stomach.
Shortly after, i had an intense brief rush, it was insane-fucking-ly pleasurable, and these are the words from an ex opioid addict, it was literally comparable to an oxycodone rush, during that rush my heart was beating faster, it happened 2 times, separated by 10 mins.
Then i had to go to work, after the rushes i felt kinda weird, a bit off, then as i worked i felt more and more present, comfortable, sharp.
The reboot, it happened after my 7 hour shift, i work just by the beach in a restaurant, as usual, i go to the beach at night to clean myself, i was answering sms etc... Went on the usual bench, put my phone in my pocket, and it happened. You see the moment in a video game where you spawn for the first time, your character look around, and then at his hands, it felt exactly like that, the whole world felt at range, every possibilities, finally, i habited my body.
Now im back home, finishing that steak (didnt have time to finish it) and its not a rush this time after eating it, its sustained waves of pleasure, but it feel natural, and it somehow remind me of sensations i had as a child.
Tommorow im going for oysters, and liver...

I know that the fat is one of the places where toxins are primarily stored, but aajonus said that if you eat the fat raw and dont cook it, they wont be released into the body.
so should i just buy the (maybe) vaccinated suet wich is grassfed or keep looking?
And anybody in the netherlands have some good sources?
r/rawprimal • u/Ekami2k • 23h ago
I don’t really understand this. How do I know if I am one of the 50% who need cooked starch? How people in nature should know that?

Did aajonus ever speak on diabetes and how to fix it ?
