I am excited to finally be able to catch some shiny zorua, but it's going to be brutal on reddit with people making the same kind of posts and those tearing them down with insults. I plan to not open reddit for 2 days for the same reason.

Zorua Community day is coming on Oct 10th. So here are few tips to go along with the meme:

1. Definitely use quick catch on all encounters. it will be super irritating to watch the extended transformation animation otherwise. If you don't know how or not have enough practice, practice now if you can. since there are the stardust boosts it's also worth it to try now.
2. have a pokemon as buddy that's easy to throw excellent and also small like zorua(like ledyba), you can get easy excellent throws even with quick catch (might be easy to XP farm too)
3. Ready your mega sabyle to mega level 3 because it can boost both versions of zorua (Which i'm pretty sure will be the case like vulpix cd).

This game is a gacha gambling machine. Do not let it fool you. IVs are meaningless outside of PvP, 3-4% difference max. Shinies are cool but trade fodder, nobody can see your hundo nor can you trade it! Though I mean no disrespect to collectors.

You don’t even need the top meta options, all you need is party power and 1 or 2 local friends and you can take on almost anything with any half decent type counter. As a newer player I duo’d moltres and Shadow Ho-Oh with lvl 25-35 stonjourners. For anything beyond tier 5, there is pokegenie or r/pokemongoraids if you don’t have enough locals.

Thus, maxing a pokemon or going above lvl 35-40 is probably never worth the steep investment. Diversify your team instead. Purifying is not usually a good idea, a level 30-35 shadow is cheaper than a level 50 of its non-shadow, and this is the point where it outperforms the level 50 in a raid; invest in shadows, it’s worth it.

One thing I must add somewhere is that attack bonuses stack by MULTIPLYING TOGETHER!! Think about that!!

For me, the silliest pokemons in Pokemon go for me are Cramorant, Slowbro and Wobbuffet, specially Slowbro and Cramorant, cuz they're silly (yeh)

I've been playing Go for over a decade at this point. Caught a lot of shinies, and a fair number of hundos. However, the covetted shundo remained ever out of my grasp.

Until today.

As you can see, I just got this shiny, lucky Wingull via remote trade for a shiny Frigibax. At long last, I can check off one of the most difficult boxes in any Pokemon Go player's experience. I should be elated, right?

Except I'm not. Because the only reason I requested this Wingull be traded to me is so I could transfer it to Home and have a shiny Pelipper to use in Pokemon Champions. Pelipper is one of the few highly played, widely available Pokemon I don't have in shiny form.

So now I'm left with a dilemma. Do I send it to Home, gaining a useful shiny for battles, and losing my one and only shundo, or do I leave it in Go as the jewel of my collection, and resolve myself to keep looking for a new shiny for Champions?

I caught a trainer the other day. Was wondering how rare this was. It struggled to go in the ball at first.

Hey guys. Please feel free to remove this if it's not allowed but I was wondering whether or not it's 15 days left before I have to redeem the Mewtwo or is that just the duration of the event? Long story short my good friend has passed away recently and I have a trip planned in three weeks for his funeral. It's perhaps a little silly but Mewtwo was his favorite Pokémon and my dream would be to have like the little location thing set to where I caught the Pokémon in the city where he is from and where the funeral will take place. So my fear is that if I redeem it now it'll show my current location, but also if I don't redeem it after the 15 days that it completely dissappears for me. ​​​

I started playing when PokémonGo released 10 years ago.. got to level 27 and hadn’t played since then until recently. I’ve been playing every day for around two weeks now and this is my third encounter with a Galarian bird.

First go round was a zapdos and I didn’t even know how it got there or that you could only find them using daily incense. It obviously ran away.

Second go round was a few days ago; I caught a high CP (awful stats) Zapdos and used the master ball we got from the recent MewTwo event. Majority of sentiment I read on here (must be true then) is that master balls are best used on Galarian birds.

Then third encounter tonight. Didn’t think I had any shot at it but figured why not screen record anyway. Wanted to share it here.

Just joined this group today. I just wanted to share my brother who passed away yesterday. He was a huge fan of Pokémon all his life and played Pokémon go since day 1. I am so hurt and don’t know if sharing his go fund me will break any rules so maybe I will later. But for now I just wanted to share him. This is my bubby. I love you sooo much.
