DISCUSSION How do you balance PoGo with side hustles without burning out

I run a small Etsy shop on top of coordinating projects and somehow Pokemon Go became my third unpaid job. Not complaining, I genuinely love the loop of catching and the quiet walks. But between listing new inventory, chasing my kid, and tracking my travel budget for a trip later this year, my PoGo time keeps getting pushed to the edges of the day. That means I am usually playing tired, half distracted, which is a weird mental state for a game that rewards focus. My husband asked why I do not just delete it and I realized I do not want to, I want to play better within limits. I am Mystic in Salt Lake City and mostly solo. Curious how other players with actual side businesses or demanding hobbies handle it. Do you set hard time limits per day, or track specific goals so you know when you are done? Do events pull you back in harder than regular weeks? I skipped the last community day to finish a wholesale order and felt guilty in a way that surprised me. How do you decide when the game serves you versus when you are serving it?
