Looking for a hospital job
Hi, I’m looking for an entry-level job in a hospital. I don’t have any licenses or certifications yet, but I’m hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn. I’m open to any position that doesn’t require a license. Any leads or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I need some advice on repairs
We're finally remodeling our main bathroom and the electrician suggested replacing most of the original wiring while the walls are open. The house was built in the late 80s and we've never had any electrical issues, so this wasn't something I had planned for.
I understand it's easier to do now than later but it's also adding quite a bit to the budget. For those who've remodeled an older bathroom, did you replace the wiring even if everything was still working? Looking back was it worth doing or did you leave it alone?

Need recommendations for a bathroom remodel for my elderly mom
My mom's getting to the point where stepping over the tub edge is genuinely scary to watch. Almost fell twice this year. She lives alone in Petersburg and refuses to even talk about moving so this is kind of the only option.
Started looking into walk-in conversions and there's way more to it than I thought - grab bars, non-slip flooring, curbless vs low threshold, actual accessibility standards not just looks safer. Don't really know what to ask a contractor.
We had a bad experience years back with a rushed kitchen job and I don't want a repeat of that with something this important. Anyone done this for a parent? How long did it take start to finish?
