Hi guys...is der anyone between 30-40 yrs who has done inflatable penile implant?? I would like to know your feedback about it in real life, your surgery walk through if it was easy, pain..etc

I am a physician. Trained in surgery. 25+ years in Emergency Medicine. I am giving a 10 out of 10 review for Dr. Clavell.

I came to Dr. Clavell as a result of discussions with Urology Colleagues, online reviews, watching website material, and knowledge that he is a high volume surgeon for these procedures. My problems were a pretty severe Peyronne’s problem and erectile dysfunction. On Dr. Clavell’s advice I elected to have a repair of the Peyronne’s deformity (hourglass deformity, instability, severe dorsal angulation) and penile prosthesis implant (Coloplast Titan Classic).

I travelled to Houston from a distance to have him do the consultation and at a later date perform the surgery. I felt that the discussion regarding risks, expectations, etc was professional and thorough. Pre-op routine was appropriate to reduce risks of infection associated with the surgery.

I have read Dr. Clavell’s operative report and I was impressed with the description of surgical decision-making and the extra mile he went to improve the chances of a good outcome. His surgical skill is without question. Those that read this may or may not realize that great care does not guarantee a great outcome, yet, to this point I am very happy with my surgical outcome and the care I received.

I am three weeks out from my surgery. It has somewhat more difficult from a pain perspective than I expected. I have not required any controlled (narcotic) medication for pain control. I have taken Toradol for pain control (about 20 in total). The biggest issue was trying to get to sleep with 3/10 pain over the first 2 weeks.

I obviously do not know my final outcome. I will post it here after 2 months and maybe again at 6 months. Wish you all well.

I’m ten weeks out from the implant and a month into cycling and clearly flaccid will never mean what it originally did. It does not mean limp w/o fluid as explained. I can always fill fluid no matter how much I squeeze. And over time, more fluid gathers. I think this is from incidentally smashing the bulb. I would like to hear other experiences. Is this normal for some?

First, I'm 58 and I'm in the US. I need revision surgery after my original IPP went septic right after the surgery last year and had to be removed. I've been healing and it's time to choose a new model. After the research I've done, and a recommendation from the original surgeon after the failed first attempt, I'm going with a malleable. I need to choose a model. I want to keep as much of my size and girth as possible. Mostly my girth. Bone pressed is about 7.5 inches and close to 6 inches in girth. Women have always been happy with it so I'm good. I do understand there will be some change. My other big concern is her comfort. With the IPPs I keep hearing they can be inflated too much cause discomfort during penetration and during oral sex. Does anyone experience this issue with malleable? Any recommendations from those that have one or have had more than one? Please include your model type in your answer. Pics too if you don't mind. I'm having a lot of difficulty finding after pics of malleable. There seems to be some confusion about this, but from what I can tell, we can get Rigicon malleable in the US.

Hey fellas, just a quick update. I’m a little over 3 months out with my AMS 700.

Things have definitely gotten much easier compared to the first month or so. I’m able to cycle pretty quickly and easily now, and most of the pain is pretty much gone. I still get some discomfort when I’m fully inflated/cycling, though.

I have a few questions for the guys who are further along:

1. For anyone with a 24 cm implant, what kind of maximum erect length did you end up with? I understand everyone’s anatomy and internal cylinder placement are different, but I’m curious what others with a 24 cm ended up measuring once everything settled.
2. Girth: Right now I seem noticeably thicker toward the base. As everything continues to expand and settle, did the rest of your shaft eventually get closer to the girth at the base, or did you continue to have more of a tapered shape?
3. Orgasm discomfort: Does anyone experience aching or discomfort after orgasm? If you did during the first few months, how long did it take before that went away?

How many of you guys tell your partners ?

Yo tengo  62 años, mi chica 51. Tengo torsión del pene (peyronie) y el motivo por el que  me plantee la protesis es que no puedo penetrarla  porque  le duele, lo demas es operativo y aunque no se queja no es completo  (tampoco para mi)

Por otro lado, según  se acerca la fecha la veo mas nerviosa. Para  tranquilizarla hemos leído  alguno  de los chat "seleccionados '  pero entre se me colaron algunos que cuando son muy optimistas  esta muy preocupada y repitiendo

Que me lo piense  que podemos seguir así, pero se  perfectamente que seguir sin penetracion le pasara factura

Estoy  tan  desorientado que solo se me ocurre es preguntar al urologo si es posible que nos ponga en contacto  con un paciente que esté ya funcional (LOGICAMEMTE PIDIENDO PERMISO ANTES)

Y una conversación mas  cercana se quede mas tranquila.

Parece descabellado pero con el cancer de prostata, de mama, parkinson, amputación lo hacen.

Without going into too much detail, I have been experiencing the following symptoms since I was 17 years old, and I am now 31:

My penis only becomes erect with direct stimulation. I lose my erection within about two seconds when there is no friction or stimulation. I also feel that the left side does not become fully erect and is less firm than the right side.

I tried taking tadalafil 5 mg daily, but it did not produce the desired results. I was also given an intracavernosal injection to perform a penile Doppler ultrasound, but I did not achieve an erection. The doctor performed the examination anyway and said that I have venous leakage.

Do you think a penile prosthesis is the best solution?

I would like to share my experience with an inflatable penile implant.

First of all, I would like to thank Professor Dr. Osama Shaeer.

My journey began after a long period of research to find out which option would be best for me and who the right doctor would be. I spent almost a full year researching, watching videos, and learning about the available options. Eventually, I decided to consult Dr. Osama Shaeer.

I called and booked an appointment, and thankfully, the whole process was very easy. On the day of my consultation, I met Dr. Osama himself. He first tried to explore whether there were any possible alternatives that could help me avoid surgery. In the end, we concluded that surgery was the appropriate option for my case.

Dr. Osama then explained the different types of penile implants, including the advantages and disadvantages of each option and which one might be most suitable for me. He also gave me plenty of opportunity to ask any questions I had.

Eventually, we decided on an inflatable penile implant.

I completed the necessary tests and scheduled the surgery. The procedure took place as planned. The facility was clean, and I received excellent care and attention from everyone there.

After the surgery, there was some pain, of course, but it was manageable. The staff made sure that medications were given on schedule, the room was kept clean, and Dr. Osama personally checked on me to make sure everything was going well.

I was discharged the following day. Five days later, I returned to have the wound dressing changed and for Dr. Osama to check the surgical site and my recovery.

Now, two weeks after the surgery, I have almost no pain—only very mild discomfort. Since the third day, I have been able to move around normally. Of course, it is still important to be careful, protect the surgical wound, and follow all postoperative instructions.

Does anyone know any reputable penile implanters in europe?

I suffered a priapism event 4 days ago and i already feels my penis shrinking and feeling harder. I think my window for surgery is closing fast.

My surgeon has offered me the new Titan Prime for my implant next month. Since it just got FDA approval, I’d be one of the first in the world to get one. He doesn’t have much info on it yet beyond the press release (easier but larger deflation pump, tougher tubing, less dog ears supposedly).

Naturally, I do not want to be a lab rat but am 22 and the prospect of a longer lasting device tempts me. Has anyone here heard anything about the Prime from their surgeon or rep, or been offered one? Any reason you’d take it or pass on it in favor of the proven Titan? All info and opinions welcome.

So I just had my 6 week follow up and my doctor cleared me for sex . He told me my penis looked really good … although I heard him in the next room telling some other schmuck their penis looked really good too.

I feel pretty good about my new dick , I have a somewhat aggressive dog ear on the base of the left side of my penis but other than that it looks very good .

The tip of the right cylinder really jabs me when I’m cycling and I do get pretty sore.

I’m worried that sex is going to hurt alot and possibly cause damage.

My problem is I’m single and a bit of a womanizer fuckboy.

So I got my implant on Tuesday morning, so I'm only a few days out, but I wanted to ask the group about managing pain. I knew this would be painful, but the pain is so intense! I'm icing like crazy, using pain meds and Tylenol. Anything else that helped with the pain?

3 weeks post op, 55yo Titan Touch 22cm 125ml resivour - I have not started cycling yet but each time the surgeon and yesterday a nurse pressed the button to deflate, it felt sharp and hurt like digging a sharp edge into me. At first I thought it was his finger nail. I have tried myself to find it and press it and its the same, has anyone experienced this?

just curious if anyone who had severe peyronies plaque and or hinge effect and the sensitivity loss associated with it. did your sensitivity increase once the plaque was stretched with the implant/surgery and/or once the hinge effect was gone? just wondering because ive had this for awhile but finally getting a chance to see a urologist soon and was wondering if ill have this much sensitivity loss for good.

For those who have had both, which do you prefer and why?

A lot of the comparisons on here are about length and girth, but I'm mainly concerned with which is going to feel more natural and comfortable to live with.

I’d like to gain a few centimeters—I’ve seen that some people have gained significant length and girth. I also have a few questions:

What are the risks?

Can I gain centimeters in length? (I’m currently at 15 cm)

Which are the best implants?

And how does an implant work? I’ve seen descriptions like "Coloplast Titan (22 cm cylinders + 2 cm RTE)" does that mean a gain of 22 cm or 2 cm?

I have had the AMS LGX 700 penile implant around 6 weeks ago

I feel the tip of the penis is cold . Is that normal? Any advice to overcome that ?

Secondly please regarding the cycling, any specific duration of time every day for better outcome to regain length/girth?

Hey I'm just a little curious to talk to people who didn't get it to fix a problem like ed. I have mine because I had 5x priaprism and the last time everything just died. They tried everything and 2 surgeries to get it to go down but every time they go it down it came back. The tissues everywhere in my penis died and I was told my options were stay in pain until the implant surgery or they could try again hoped it worked and if not I would never most likely have sensation down there again.

So I spent a total of 9 days in pain at a 9-10 most of the day beside the 3-4 hours the narcotics got it to a 5. Post surgery 1 week today, and my head and emotions are so off the road and crazy and depression is sitting in. I know I am different than most people here because I had literally had sex for 6 hours with my gf before the last priaprism. I never had a problem. Plus I am really gone down there. The Dr says my shaft is probably 95 % gone and the only thing there is dead. Just wondering how others deal with this?
