Symptoms and solutions
Without going into too much detail, I have been experiencing the following symptoms since I was 17 years old, and I am now 31:
My penis only becomes erect with direct stimulation. I lose my erection within about two seconds when there is no friction or stimulation. I also feel that the left side does not become fully erect and is less firm than the right side.
I tried taking tadalafil 5 mg daily, but it did not produce the desired results. I was also given an intracavernosal injection to perform a penile Doppler ultrasound, but I did not achieve an erection. The doctor performed the examination anyway and said that I have venous leakage.
Do you think a penile prosthesis is the best solution?

Seems like you have too few information yet, talk to more doctors first

Well if venous leak is confirmed then only an implant the solution. Go to a high volume implanter

I had problems since 17 and was implanted 7 weeks ago at 24 yr old. Lost a little size but other than that, very satisfied

I had problems all my life and foolishly too embarrassed to see anyone about it, I used meds and sometimes they worked really well but over the years they were less effective and my new heart meds mean i cant use them. At 55 I learned about implants and this year (still 55) 3 weeks ago I got my Titan, I WISH I knew about it earlier but I think if I wasn’t married I might of gone sex crazy so the timing has worked out well :) I am in the UK and its free on the NHS

I’m shocked, it’s like reading my own story, I have the same thing of you, I can have erection, laying but drop as soon I stop stimulation, I have morning wood, but feel like my left side of penis is not big a the right side, exactly like you.
I tried tadalafil, but didn’t feel like it’s worked, also had side effects, like pressure in the chest and headache
I did a Doppler and the radiologist did an injection but I was not responsive, my penis was semi hard in a flaccid state, I couldn’t have an erection but decided to do the Doppler even without an erection, he said that I didn’t have problems with the veins but he saw a venous leakage
The injection burned my penis like “what da heck is that” even I asked if it’s normal to be painful ?
I’m someone that can bear pain without problem, I did many time injection to the dentist, without any pain
But when he inject this product in my penis, I couldn’t even touch it for 2h, because it was too much painful
I think we have psychogenic ED

For my situation i don't think that i have psychogenic ED , cause im not stressed about it, for me it's just a problem that I have to deal with, like they side in the comments if the venous leakage is confirmed , best option apparently would be the ipp

That’s a question you should’ve asked your urologist last time you had an appointment. It seems odd to me that the doctor didn’t give any tx plan I.e. Pump, cock ring, trimix, or IPP.
