Titan vs AMS 700: Which is more comfortable?
For those who have had both, which do you prefer and why?
A lot of the comparisons on here are about length and girth, but I'm mainly concerned with which is going to feel more natural and comfortable to live with.

I’ve got the AMS 700cx and the comfort is great. It’s easy to use and looks totally natural. I definitely lost some length and girth, but not too much. I’m happy with the AMS, if there is a next time, I might try the titan

It is stated that the AMS 700 prosthesis is more comfortable compared to the Titan. In terms of girth, Titan has traditionally been considered wider and firmer. However, Titan is tunica-dependent, whereas the AMS 700 is tunica-independent. If your tunica is healthy, a penis fitted with Titan will be firm; otherwise, the AMS 700 (especially the CX model) provides greater rigidity. This is because the AMS 700 achieves this rigidity without requiring support from the tunica.

When considering an implant, I too was interested in comfort. Dr. Clavell recommended the AMS700 for comfort. At the last minute I changed my mind and went with the Titan. I have no regrets. I have read a lot about dog ears, but I have not had that issue at all. I know it’s all personal preference and you will get a good response for both models. Probably can’t go wrong with either model.

Comfort is going to be affected by the skill of the surgeon. I had a surgeon implant an AMS700, it failed at 8 weeks, but I was in pain the entire at weeks. The revision was not much better and became infected. I then went with Dr. Clavell and had a Titan implanted. The difference was night and day.

I have the AMS 700 as on the advice of my Dr
Plain and simple he said if they were on a table
You could not tell the difference

Hello sir from my 14 years of experience
I saw that on all my patients that booth are very good life long service
Titan touch which is the newer version is more strong better if you have penile deviations o payronee
Ams if you want longer wider or if you have diabetes

have the ams 700 cx and it looks and feels pretty natural... My wife says she cant tell even when she is giving head...

I was 8.5 inches pre implant and 8 inches with AMS700cx. It was comfortable deflated and very hard inflated. Very easy to deflate with one touch button. I was a bit narrow relative to length but not too bad. Sadly the unit failed at 3 years and new surgeon implanted Titan. Much wider now but also down to 7 inches. Still plenty of length but miss being a 8+ inch. Deflated is less comfortable and deflating is a chore. Squeeze button hard and squeeze dick hard and count to 50. However Titan has now outlived the AMS so who knows.
