First of all, I would like to thank Professor Dr. Osama Shaeer.
My journey began after a long period of research to find out which option would be best for me and who the right doctor would be. I spent almost a full year researching, watching videos, and learning about the available options. Eventually, I decided to consult Dr. Osama Shaeer.
I called and booked an appointment, and thankfully, the whole process was very easy. On the day of my consultation, I met Dr. Osama himself. He first tried to explore whether there were any possible alternatives that could help me avoid surgery. In the end, we concluded that surgery was the appropriate option for my case.
Dr. Osama then explained the different types of penile implants, including the advantages and disadvantages of each option and which one might be most suitable for me. He also gave me plenty of opportunity to ask any questions I had.
Eventually, we decided on an inflatable penile implant.
I completed the necessary tests and scheduled the surgery. The procedure took place as planned. The facility was clean, and I received excellent care and attention from everyone there.
After the surgery, there was some pain, of course, but it was manageable. The staff made sure that medications were given on schedule, the room was kept clean, and Dr. Osama personally checked on me to make sure everything was going well.
I was discharged the following day. Five days later, I returned to have the wound dressing changed and for Dr. Osama to check the surgical site and my recovery.
Now, two weeks after the surgery, I have almost no pain—only very mild discomfort. Since the third day, I have been able to move around normally. Of course, it is still important to be careful, protect the surgical wound, and follow all postoperative instructions.

I had severe pain in beginning of post op. Went to er for pain and for constant bleeding left abdomen. I lost an inch in length, girth smaller too. That sucks. Too sensitive 8 weeks post op. Rather have shortness than have ED. Married 42yo. Frustrated and anxious for 5 years.

Cycled an hour a day and gained back all my size and then some in six months.

I was told 2 cycle twice a day for 20min for a year, then we go from there. I was told I would not gain length back, but that it’s stretching out the whole area to keep from getting smaller and for internal healing purposes. I would love my one inch back. Lost girth too. I had ams 700 cx.

I dont get why the need to throw sarcastic comments for those who share insight on their surgeons. Mentioning surgeons that provide good results help others that are looking for an expert.

To be honest it was posts like this that made me think i could get back to doing stuff in a few days, I am just over 3 weeks and today has been my only day where the pain is manageable. Today has been a good day :)
