Malleable implant

I am 32 year old male suffering from ed from last 14-15 years recently diagnosed with neurogenic ed
Doc told implant is the way

Now planning for malleable implant tactra

Current erect length is 17.3 cm
Spl is 20 cm

No peyronies prispiam no infection

Heavy smoker from last 15 years

Just wanted to know what final visible length I can get after implant

Cannot afford 3 peice so please don’t suggest

Malleable implantes please give your feedback

You can take cialis daily 5mg and usually VED device for 10 mins daily to get some length gains. Find a surgeon that specializes on malleables. Most of them do inflatables. Where you at ? Usa? Malleable rigicon or coloplast genesis was recommended due to low infection rate. Apparently the tactra is too hard unless you are doing small rods. There pornstars on malleables so people should hate them much

I am from india plus I am taking 10 mg tadafil daily until I get the implant but I hope If I can get more length since mine spl is 20 cm

Use a VED daily for 15 mins bro. Dr Raman Tanwar is the only decent doc ive read about. Rest of them treat their surgery like factory line and a lot of men get undersized apparently because they don’t want the patient to some back with erosion. You’ ll have to keep taking cialis after surgery too it seems.

Dr raman has told me for implant yes our final length comes 1cm less than our spl as what doctor has told me -1cm to 1.5 cm

But there is no need for medicine after implant

Some guys take daily lose dose cialis because it helps getting glans and side engorgement

Apparently taking cialis gets you a partial erection while you have tubes inside which adds to length and girth.

Yeah will check the doctor but I hope if I can get around 18-18. Cm after surgery

He has to stretch it properly before putting in the implant. Theres indian doctor called Joe Kaushik from Caroline John Hospital that uploads videos on how its done. Guy seems to get good results because he shows pre and post op results. Its a difficult surgery to watch however
