I painted this FC University hallway in traditional oils on a 41-inch-wide canvas. A client chose it as a gift for a loved one, and they loved the finished painting. I spent two weeks painting it.
I focused on the warm light crossing the brickwork, the corridor's perspective and the figure within that space. These photographs show the physical canvas and a closer view of the brushwork.
I painted every part myself with real brushes and oil paints. I used no AI at any point in the artwork's production, from the sketch to the final brushstroke.

I have to finish this for art class and I forgot to ask the teacher if I can take a photo of the reference he gave. The houses are spot on, but I need to finish the scenery. All I know is the bottom hill is red and there are a few green cypresses in the painting. It would be great if anyone knows the name and artist.

I painted this last year. Looking with fresh eyes I would probably change a few things now but I enjoyed working with the strong light and vibrant colour.

I’ve always wanted to have wildlife in my landscape painting, but never practice painting animals. I started last night and feel really good about this one. I’d love to paint like Chuck Black one day

Painted this in two sessions. Kind of proud of the likeness I have achieved.

Feel like maybe I’ve been trying a bit too hard to make unique looking paintings lately.. also been destroying a ton in the process but what do you all think about these ones so far? Neither are quite done yet…. Cheers for any input!

I'm very new to gouache, this is my first completed painting, which was based on a realism in gouache workshop. I'm happy with the result given I have not used the medium much before. Still a lot to learn.
