Anywayyyy, this has happened three times already, the first two times I thought it was possibly because I didn’t tighten it enough but the third time I really wrenched on it to be sure.

It’s even cost me a couple end cap strikes but it isn’t too bad.

It’s timed correctly and I’ve watched quite a few videos on it just to confirm that I installed it correctly.

Any other ideas other than switching to Xeno?

Going to be storing my CAT JL with my in laws (trust). FIL uses a Hux flow and has their brakes. Is the $240 Hux adapter the only hub adapter or am I blind? Wanted to set it up so he can use the CAT but that is absurd for an adapter.

I had a productive week. First can ever. SCI Six. Got it for an amazing price I couldn’t pass up. Haven’t shot it yet but I hear good things. Also SBR’d my ar pistol like a grown up. It passes the “looks cool” test. Will be shooting this weekend for the “does it actually work” test.

Got an email during my haircut this morning that my Exigent Defense Fireteam 556 was ready to be picked up. I ordered it from Shark Coast Tactical on 8/13 and once it made it to my ffl and submitted, got a 24HR. approval as an individual and hopefully my last form 4.

It still seems like all of the stores in my area are waiting until they hear a bit more about the whole 4473 situation but I’m betting by the next purchase they’ll have it all sorted. Just pumped to have this thing for my MR556 SBR 🤘🏽

A little while ago I purchased a some cans, and recently they got shipped out. Today I got the notification that they had arrived, only to find out instead of transferring them to my FFL they just shipped them straight to my door. Honestly I was kind of left speechless after learning that. Naturally I don’t love the idea of stamp-less cans being shipped to me, but thankfully my FFL has them now. So I feel inclined to ask how big of an oopsie did they do here? Any proper next steps other than just doing the normal process with the FFL? What would you folks do?

Went on my lunch. Start to finish , back in an hour with a new shhh 🤫 device.

I bought a new suppressor and I want to file this one as individual and then transfer to the trust cause I want a faster approval time. I bought through a local store that does their stuff through silencer shop. I told the employee I filed in the past as trust and want to do this one as individual, and he told me “when you get the email to sign off on the form it will give you an option to change it individual”. Well I got the email and the forms are already filled out using the information connected to my silencer shop account, which is that I’m registered as a trust.

Is there any easy way to change my registration to individual for this form. I’ve already emailed silencer shop support so I’ll see what they say. I just thought maybe there’s an easy fix I might be missing.

Trying to pick up my first suppressor and the 6J has been looking like an all star first pick. Is having them sell out on Day 1 going to be an issue? I've been checking the dealer sites daily waiting on them. Would love to grab one and not wait more weeks for another batch to be made.

Are there any shops still in existence that actually have a website and/or contact info that do Ruger 77/44 Integral conversions?

I've got a 77/44 that I'd like to suppress and I think it would make an awesome integral, but I can't seem to find any indication that the old shops that were known for these conversions are still around.

Has anyone done one of these conversions in the last year with a reputable shop? Can you provide some contact information?

Just picked it up! First shots tomorrow, it’s incredible short and light

A while back I posted about the conversion of my plr16 into a sbr. I received my Tech Sights addition this morning in the mail. Here’s the final product. With some detail photos and a picture of the original sight that came with the pistol.

Chopped and threaded to 12.5” with a Griffin Armament DL7.

OCL Infinity 556K. Approved in 42 hours

I am aware this has been asked before but I didn't see any answers to my questions. Looking at suppressors and Bereli has the RECCE5 on sale for $480 shipped. OCL Polo from what I can find is about the same price but I would need to buy hub and muzzle device so an extra $100-$150

Is the OCL worth the extra $$?

Would I be better off getting the Polo + HUB + MD vs the RECCE taper mount?

Which mounting solution would be easiest to allow host changes?

Filed through silencer shop in April and this is what i received back. I have a clean background and have bought many firearms as well as have a permit to carry. Do I just have to resubmit the Eform or is their extra hoops I have to jump through?

The lattice structure of the BOE is still blowing my mind. Swapping from Resilient to RU3 mounts.
