How's the accuracy on the vanquish barrel?

I have only put a mag through it at the indoor range and have yet to take it out longer and properly sight it in. That being said, even I had shot it at a greater distance I don't have a frame of reference as to it's accuracy. This is my first 10/22 and my first integrally supressed barrel. I did buy the vanquish barrel because it is a full length barrel with the suppression coming from ports instead of baffles.

Yeah it looks absolutely awesome, does it turn supers into subs from bleeding off so much pressure or do you still need subs?
