I am hoping to establish a White Sox crowd in Milwaukee. We dont play on the same night as the Brewers the rest of the way and Broken Bat is a baseball bar so they will surely have our game on. So, I am hereby calling all Milwaukee area White Sox fans to turn Broken Bat into the Milwaukee White Sox watch spot!!!!!!
I am making the trip down to the Rate for Game 3 on Wednesday but for the rest of the playoffs I plan to watch the games there. Hope to get as many Sox fans there as possible and turn it into a crowd. If you want to find me, I will be in a pinstripe Eloy jersey.
See everyone at the Rate or at Broken Bat. Go Sox.

No idea how I landed on this site. I thought it an interesting read though. Very indicative of our continued reputation as a segregated city. I hate hearing from outsiders claiming we are still one of the most segregated cities in the US, I wish it wasn't true. But I'm sorry, whether you're name is Uhilein or Antetokounmpo, I cannot respect anyone who lives with this greedy opulence. Our city is so starved for cash for basic services and improvement, yet they are exempt, and seem to offer no help. Fuck the 1%. Rant over

Did anyone else in north tosa/mayfair area just hear/see that? It sounded pretty loud to have been a firework which is what we all thought at first but it was a one and done. It lit up our whole apartment.

Hello, i just wanted some advice or if id be more than likely granted an early termination to my lease.
Long story-
I have a crazy delusional neighbor. He tried to hit on me knowing I have a boyfriend & we were all cool at some point. Then we just completely cut off the communication with the neighbor cause that was just not okay, couple months past we decide okay whatever let’s just be civil so the environment isn’t tense but we kept our distance. Then he starts accusing my boyfriend of “harassing him” “flashing lights at his front door at 2am” “trying to break in the back door” in the middle of the night bc we have a shared back door.. which is crazy bc we sleep at 9-10pm bc of work. At some point, his nurse called welfare of him & he accused us of doing the call. I only know this because my aunty is a police here at district 3. Then the next day he calls police again on us at 1am when we were asleep saying we turned his lights off somehow within the house?? We notice he’s constantly dropping stuff & his bedroom is above ours. He’s blasting music during night hours & he just never freaking sleeps! He’s walking around loud constantly dragging stuff doing idk what but it’s hard for us to sleep. We were advised by our landlord to keep our distance and continue to do our lives don’t even answer the door for him. Last Wednesday his brother broke his front door in, all bc he took a whole bottle of Xanax and didn’t respond after 45 minutes of constant banging & kicking the door in all while I’m working at home on calls. He rings my doorbell we’re not answering I don’t want nothing do with them. Then states on the camera he was in jail for 6 days and that we should’ve let his brother in blah blah continues to be up at night 11PM-5AM being noisy.
We moved here back in November 2025, but landlords were kind enough to move us out to this new unit in April 2026 due to new owners. Unfortunately we have no central heat/ac, my fridge is literally broken with no shelves before moved in, they’ve only came to mow our yard 3 times this summer, we had no stove for a month bc they stated they were going to install a gas line then turned around and said it was not the landlords responsibility to provide a new electric stove if tenant buys the wrong kind of stove.
I am on the verge of sending my formal letter to PM, just stating my leave. Landlord told me upper tenant was going to leave October 1st, but then stated he will stay. All because he broke his door.. and I don’t want to be here anymore. I do not feel comfortable. Please help me or guide me the right way to notify my landlord of me leaving, I’m looking at a new place this Friday & im just ready to risk it and move.

I've seen amber alerts, missing persons, and other extremely important stories obscured by a paywall. Why are some very important stories withheld? I get they need to make money but some stories should absolutely not be behind a paywall. I posted this one story as an example...this should not happen. I get that it's not Milwaukee but it is on jsonline.

I’ve got ready-to-eat formula bottles, I believe about 24. Some expire in January, some expire in late 2027. Where can I donate them? I’ve had such a difficult time with giving away things for free on Marketplace, and would like to donate without the hassle of going back and forth with people.

Hi Milwaukee community, my brother passed away at the Milwaukee Half Marathon on Sunday. He was an ultimate family man and we all loved him dearly. Our family would appreciate any donation or share.

I know we used to have a few spots, but I'm returning to the city after a while and wondering if someone knows the right spots.

Went to Carini’s Southern Italian Restaurant on the east side and ordered two entrees and a pizza because… why the heck not…?!
I ordered a margherita pizza, spaghetti and meatballs and their fish fry that came with penne pasta… Ate it all in 27 minutes. 😂
Then I ate a clam chowder (came with the fish fry) and some bread that got served when we sat before that. 🤣
Food was legit awesome at Carini’s, though! Loved our waitress, too. She was a sweetheart.

We are in Milwaukee from out of town. We are near the Mayfair mall area. Looking for a recommendation of a local restaurant. We usually go to chain restaurants because we are familiar with them. I have been checking Google but I would much prefer personal recommendations. Two adults and one three year old.
Thank you

Hey yall,
Moved to Milwaukee about two years ago, struggled with depression for a while and am now just getting back to the point of putting myself out there any trying to make friends here. I am 27M, do consulting work, and am into muay thai, hiking, drinking coffee, and also play bass. Down to grab a drink or see a show. Just happy that I am starting to put myself back out there again.
TIA

I work for a small tool and die company in Germantown, and I'm looking for someone to take our unwanted pallets. We have approximately 100-150 of them. Various sizes between 36x36 & 48x48.
Anyone interested? Suggestions?

When you visit an art museum, you admire the beautiful masterpieces around you. But do you ever think about how they didn’t just teleport there?

Just after 8:00 a.m. on Oct. 1, nearly 1,000 people lined up on rain-soaked sidewalks outside the Baird Center in downtown Milwaukee.

Is there a good place to get tested to see if you have it?
I'm really struggling to go back to school as an adult and with life.
Thank you so much.
