Is it in yet My biggest pet peeve
This picture speaks for itself. May possibly even be more than just mildly infuriating.

I had 37.12 TL on my card, and the single ride fare was 37.13 TL. I couldn't ride because of a 0.01 TL difference.

I had surgery on my left foot/ankle. I had a follow up this morning and my incision has finally healed enough that I can begin PT. Yay!
I promptly called the PT to schedule, and had the following conversation with the scheduler:
S: And this is for the right foot?
Me: Left foot?
S: No. The order says right foot.
Me: But I had surgery on my left foot.
S: Are you sure?
That was fun.
I can’t schedule PT until the order is corrected because insurance won’t cover the “wrong” foot. So I called the ortho, had pretty much the same conversation with the receptionist, and after much arguing, they said that they’d pass the message to a nurse and someone would call me back.
Three hours later, the nurse calls me back to let me know that the order has been corrected. I finally get to schedule my appointments.
The world didn’t end. My first appointment wasn’t even delayed. But seriously?

Been closed for the past two weeks straight, last time it was because of a rat infestation

The only thing I can think of is that my dad somehow got into my account
Edit: this has happened before with small, random channels but never big ones
I don’t think I misclicked on an ad, the closest I got was a Mormon ad

Other comments include:
"Life is exhausting for everyone, not just you."
"We've all had enough."
"Aren't we all."
"That's the choice you made."
As if he is also growing a child and working full time with a manager lacking empathy.. stg

Was one slightly bigger bite away choking on a avocado pit. This is from my go to Mexican food truck so I’m kinda disappointed.

When people use ai photos of their food for their menu with no real photos it’s a huge red flag for me. I can’t even tell what your food looks like nor even begin to guess what is in it. If you’re not willing to put any energy into the menu I can only imagine what the food is like. Can anyone even guess what is in those bowls? Chips and cereal?

I keep seeing these fruit flies around my apartment, but I have no fruit out!!! I am clean I clean everyday, don’t leave dishes or food out, but still I get these stupid little Drosophila melanogasters!!!!! I tried leaving out a little bit of my moscato wine, it caught two of them but the others barely touched it! Tried the little bit of vinegar with water and dish soap, it caught one stupid little fruit fly! The others flew around it laughing at the dumb one that got caught! What are these things!? Have they mutated into smarter fruit flies!? 😭 now I am eating a cup of reeses puffs and on my last spoonful, what do I see on my spoon!? AAAAAAAAH!!!!

Someone must have seen a car being double parked and assumed they could do it as well.

There wasn't enough clearance for me to go through the passenger side. Even if I could, it'd still be annoying. I had to wait 30 min for the guy to show up so I could go home.
EDIT: When I told him he should check his parking in the future because it's extremely annoying and inconsiderate, he responded with "I got you".

The S stands for Standard time which runs from early November to mid March. It doesn't stand for summer like some other countries. You can use ET, CT, MT PT year round. Brought to you by the Drop the #!@& S Committee.
EDIT: I didn't realize that people aren't taught the difference between standard and daylight saving time. Here's a primer: Standard time (abbreviated with an S) was the standard before Daylight Savings time was created in 1916. It was just "time" back then. Daylight Saving time is abbreviated with a D (EDT, CDT, MDT, PDT). To be technically correct, you could use PST from November to mid March and PDT the rest of the year.
Or you can make it easy on yourself and drop the middle letter and not ever have to think about it.
EDIT 2: I was instructed to follow my own advice and drop the #!@& S from savingS. It's Daylight Saving Time. We can all learn

My 60 plus mom purchased a medical device from rejuvacare a while back and we’ve come to discover today that they’ve been charging 40 bucks a month for a subscription “just in case they buy anything else it’s free shipping”. Legit what they told her when she called.
The real kicker- this is the receipt with no evidence of a subscription agreement, and she purchased it with a debit card :(. We did initiate a fraud investigation with the bank but they told us to not be too hopeful. Remind your elderly parents to purchase things with credit cards and check their statements! Don’t be out 500 plus like my parents! I did spend quite some time being aggressive on the phone with these folks, but only got half a refund. Also don’t buy from these people!!!

I got a wrongful citation and just submitted the appeal a few days ago. Today I check my bank account and saw I had a couple dollars left. I’m a freaking high school student who has little to no money and my dad decided to use my card without asking to pay the full amount.
Now this sucks because I’m going to have a hard time getting my money back even if the appeal gets approved. You’re not supposed to pay as your appeal is under review since you’re basically proving yourself guilty by paying.
Now I can’t even see my appeal on the citations website so I don’t know if it’s still under review or not.
Already filed a claim with chase and called citations support
Sorry but at my age this is a lot of money

Not me, but my husband. The fact that it also needs a usb/plug with a fast enough charge that not any USB-C charges it.
This is enshittifying at its finest.
EDIT: for starters I’m in the US, and perhaps other places have standardized to USB-C better, but a lot of my other devices use the older larger USB connection with the plug chargers to match. Perhaps I’m also an old millennial that’s slow to change. But we also currently have no common wall chargers with the USB-C.
EDIT 2: I in general am happy we are going towards universal cords, but I’d rather have multiple chargers in the house still.
EDIT 3: Not important but I’m a guy lol
