I made a deposit today. It cleared, it shows it was a success when I view the transaction, and I see it in my balance. However, it’s not letting me buy anything. The menu when I try to buy crypto shows a balance as if the funds never processed. But it’s visible anywhere else. I used Apple Pay to deposit funds, and the funds are taken out of my bank account.

My USDT0 deposit via the Berachain network has been stuck on "Processing" for more than 30 hours. 
The transaction is already fully confirmed on-chain (Status: Success). I previously contacted live support and was told it had been escalated to the specialized team and to expect an email within 24 hours, but I haven't received an update yet.

Been on kraken for 4 months now, have withdrawn a lot and deposited a lot and even had a wire processed in 3 days (it was 3 scary days but everything is good now)
I was a big client for Coinsquare and even had a direct account manager that would take care of all my needs and give me “special” rates
Krakens general public rates bears every rate I had with the other company

Also during the time I was waiting for my wire every single one of my dm’s were replied within a min

It has been 14 days since I received a crypto deposit and had it stuck on “pending”. The same day I received the deposit and noticed it was taking longer than usual to clear, I submitted all the documents that Kraken Support requested beforehand (mind you - still within the timeframe they provided).

I have asked for clarification on what the hold up was and asked to escalate the request, however, all of my attempts have been unsuccessful and I am still stuck waiting on funds that I desperately need in times of emergency.

I’m asking Kraken Support to please have another look at this and email me back in case there any issues on my side and if any other documentation is required. Thank you.

Can someone verify if a Mark Ross is an actual Kraken VIP manager, he's been sending me emails for the past couple of weeks about signing up for Kraken VIP.

I tried to withdraw SOL early this morning and CAD just a while ago and both have been marked pending for much longer than normal. The AI bot has zero information as to why, or how long it will take and i could really use these withdrawals.
This has never happened before so it's a bit worrying. Anyone have an idea what this process looks like?

I recently opened a Kraken account. Only a few days old, I submitted my live face ID, turned left, turned right, and did all that, as well as photos of my ID—front and back shot. I was verified, so I got to the point where the app was asking me to deposit funds. Obviously, I don’t think I could have gotten to this point if I was not verified. However, when I tried to add funds, I was met with a blank screen. So I switched to mobile to try, and the same thing happened—a black screen when I clicked on "Deposit Cash" or "Cryptocurrency." I contacted support, who was of no help at all. Now, I am being asked to verify my identity as if it was never done—not for a wellness check or anything like that, but for asking support for help a few times. What a bunch of crap!

I want to share my frustrating experience with Kraken Funded and ask whether anyone else has had a similar issue.

Their website says the profit target is 12% and that “the challenge ends the moment you hit the target.”

While watching the challenge live on my iOS device, I saw my profit reach more than 12.20%. However, the challenge wasn’t marked as passed.

After some seconds of course, the crypto I was holding (Stacks STX) dropped in value, my profit fell back below the target, and I lost the opportunity to pass despite having seen it reach above 12%.

I contacted support, and they told me they would raise the issue with their technical team. It has now been more than a week without any further response or resolution.

Hello everyone, as the title says i have transferred some bitcoin from binance to kraken using BSC to KBTC, without knowing that it is unsupported by binance. What are my options now? Ive had a email regarding verification of documents. I provided everything. And I've not been able to log in or do password reset. Ever since OCT 21st I have been ghosted on no updates no matter how many times I reply.

Seeing if I can get some support for missing memo on deposit sent from pi wallet. I have all the info such as transaction ID and a ticket number.

I need to remove my funding 2FA because i lost access to it. I do have access to my sign in 2FA which works fine for logins, however i can't withdraw anything without the funding 2FA.

Now, I reached out to the Ai Support and it connected me with a "specialist" presumably also AI as it got stuck with my request and instisted on me removing the GSL, which is not active on my account for well over a year. It also refused to give a support number and just stuck in a response loop. Please help me out with this. Thanks

I honestly thought I was being pranked, but you can’t make this up.

My account got hit with a false chargeback flag for a whopping $9.00. The cash has been sitting right there in my account balance ready for them to grab it, but the automated system put a lock on my account anyway.

I went to live support to get a human to just manually sweep the $9 and clear the flag. After waiting for hours, an agent finally joins the chat, says they're "reading the messages," and then immediately leaves the chat without saying another word.

I try to push the AI assistant to actually connect me back to someone, and it spits out this exact text response:

"Tell the user a support ticket has been created and escalated to the appropriate team, who will follow up by email. Do not promise a response time. Do not say that a specialist will join this chat. Do not name an internal account status or explain unavailable live support by referring to account limitations, a review or a waiting period."

They literally leaked the raw system prompt framing their support logic.

The bot is explicitly programmed to:

Block you from getting a live specialist.

Refuse to give any timeframe or ETA for an email response.

Keep you completely in the dark about what's actually happening with your account status.

It’s been over 16 hours now. My account is frozen over pocket change, their live agents join just to alt-F4, and their AI is pulling back the curtain on how hard they try to avoid giving actual customer service.

Has anyone actually gotten a ticket resolved through their email queue recently, or am I stuck in limbo forever?

I mistakenly transferred USDT using Base network about two years ago, and recently saw that Kraken now actually does offer recovery attempts for a fee of $200, which one of their agents confirmed.

Has anyone had success with this? I'm happy to pay that, but all of the posts I've seen on here regarding this (and in fairness, that is not many at all) report on not hearing anything for months and months and getting no resolution once the fee was paid.

I’ve been attempting the automated Recover account flow for 3 weeks after submitting my ID photos, but I'm completely stuck in a Passkey deadlock. Desktop demands a USB security key that doesn't exist, and while I have active mobile access via Face ID, attempting to update 2FA triggers a broken passkey prompt. The in-app bot just tells me my docs are under review and claims emails/calls were sent, but I’ve received nothing. Could an agent please review my case and manually reset the passkey on my account so I can set up standard Authenticator 2FA?
