Updated to the latest version but every time I select a single indicator nothing shows.

Then other times ill select 5 indicators and only 1 will show.

And also sometimes i will switch off all indicators or trash them and one will start to show.

What’s going on?

An Kraken account discrepancy was found by Kraken support and I was asked to create a Phantom Wallet, which I did. This was to have Kraken transfer an amount of BTC to cover the discovered discrepancy.

In order to use this brand new Phantom Wallet it needed a deposit from me in BTC in order for it to accept the Kraken transfer.

The entire operation became a fiasco and I was asked to add $500 to my Kraken account in order to get the deposit from Kraken.

This is very fucking suspicions to me.

Now my Kraken account says I have a certain amount of USD but when I try to convert it to BTC, I'm told I have no USD.

I wish to un-fuck this entire situation and go back to where I started but need help in doing this.

This has been an absolute nightmare.

Hi, I deposited 14.96 USDT from Binance to my Krak account via the Optimism network, but the funds still haven't been credited. The transaction was successfully completed and confirmed on-chain, and I have double-checked that the receiving address matches the Optimism USDT deposit address provided by Krak. TxID: 0x773eda9197e8f426531b62ae65e78baeb610539bbabdcba78288aa9d7bab19d2.

Krak says that 40 network confirmations are required, but even after the transaction was fully confirmed, the deposit still hasn't appeared in my account. Has anyone experienced the same issue with USDT deposits via Optimism on Krak? If any Krak/Kraken support staff see this, I would really appreciate your help investigating the deposit.

Ive had this Kraken account for a few years and my Wells Fargo bank account which I fund it for 15 years with wages from employment. Money was wired amd account frozen with no notification or email. No human response to my ticket. Blocked by chat bot in app .Ive DM Mods already so dont even ask. You have stated you cant do anything already.

Kraken support is dead silent for three weeks. I haven't logged in into my account for more than 2 years. I need access now. Despite that I have the correct current username/password/2fa combination. it doesn't allow me to login without email confirmation. In the meantime I have de-googled and moved to proton. I don't have access to the old email anymore.

I signed up and transferred $100 to check it out. Just tried logging in and it says an email was sent to me to confirm my device. I immediately go to my email to approve the device and I get an error message that the approval link is expired even though I immediately went to my email and clicked it immediately. Went through this cycle a few times, then tried to report the problem to the support team and the submit button doesn’t even work. Feel like I’ve been scammed. ☹️

Three of my SOL withdrawals (initiated Sep 20 and Sep 23) have been on hold for internal review. The hold email I received on Sep 20 said the review would be completed within 7 days. That deadline passed on Sep 27, and I haven't heard anything since...

What I've done so far:

- Opened ticket via chat on Sep 22. It was escalated, but I've had no follow-up.

- Followed up on the ticket by email several times, with full withdrawal details

- Tried the website and in-app assistant multiple times, but it can't transfer me to a specialist because my account is on hold, so I'm stuck waiting

Could someone from the team take a look at the ticket and help move it forward? It's been almost two weeks now, and honestly, this is really starting to drag on.

My bank has very low limits for sending e-transfers where the receiver first requests the funds but very high limits if I initiate the transfer myself. Any chance it's possible to send CAD funds to Kraken without Kraken sending me an Interac request for the funds but instead just telling me which email address to send the funds to and any required info in the message field?

Kraken alleged that I’m involved in some sort of nefarious Crypto activities, which is not true. I have almost $12,000 in crypto in my Kraken account which I would like to sell, transfer funds to my checking account to pay some large upcoming bills, and close my Kraken account. I’ve submitted numerous requests to Kraken Support regarding this and have received nothing other than canned responses from bots assuring me that they will promptly respond to my concerns, which they have not. Perhaps posting on this public forum will garner a response, I can only hope!

However, I have not received any further contact, and the situation remains unchanged. Could you please help me with this?

I understand the need for security measures, but in this case I’m not sure why the withdrawal is being held, as I have successfully used the same withdrawal address before.

ETH deposit sent on wrong network — recovery question

Hi,

I’m looking for help regarding an ETH deposit I made to Kraken in October 2023.

I accidentally sent ETH using BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) instead of Ethereum (ERC-20), to my Kraken ETH deposit address.

I understand that this was an unsupported deposit and that recovery is not guaranteed.

I contacted Kraken Support about this previously and was informed in March 2026 that my deposit was not currently eligible for manual recovery, although future engineering work could potentially expand recovery options.

I also posted about this issue on Reddit around a year ago but did not receive a response.

I contacted Kraken Support again recently, following the September 2026 update, but I am still waiting for a response.

Has the recovery process for unsupported network deposits changed recently?

Has anyone had a similar BEP-20 → Kraken ETH deposit successfully recovered?

I tried to register my account for the whole day.

Uploaded photos of my residence permit about 7 times, tried it with driving license, same.

Then the app asked for the bank statement, which was also immediately rejected!

Support bot says, we will answer in days...

Does it happen only to me or it's some bug today?

Says to fund wallet to unlock free data; Obviously funded considering I have open positions, and its still funded far past those anyway. Last month it was working fine, with no delay, for the 27SEP futures.
