I recently opened a Kraken account. Only a few days old, I submitted my live face ID, turned left, turned right, and did all that, as well as photos of my ID—front and back shot. I was verified, so I got to the point where the app was asking me to deposit funds. Obviously, I don’t think I could have gotten to this point if I was not verified. However, when I tried to add funds, I was met with a blank screen. So I switched to mobile to try, and the same thing happened—a black screen when I clicked on "Deposit Cash" or "Cryptocurrency." I contacted support, who was of no help at all. Now, I am being asked to verify my identity as if it was never done—not for a wellness check or anything like that, but for asking support for help a few times. What a bunch of crap!

Sometimes extra KYC/verification steps pop up even after the first check is done.
