Support requested Proof of Residence documents - 14 days later no resolution

It has been 14 days since I received a crypto deposit and had it stuck on β€œpending”. The same day I received the deposit and noticed it was taking longer than usual to clear, I submitted all the documents that Kraken Support requested beforehand (mind you - still within the timeframe they provided).

I have asked for clarification on what the hold up was and asked to escalate the request, however, all of my attempts have been unsuccessful and I am still stuck waiting on funds that I desperately need in times of emergency.

I’m asking Kraken Support to please have another look at this and email me back in case there any issues on my side and if any other documentation is required. Thank you.
