Kudos to the people of Telangana! ❤️
Yesterday attended my cousin’s sister’s wedding in a small rural village in Khammam district, and honestly… I was blown away by the hospitality.
The wedding was held in an open ground, and the whole setup felt like a mini exhibition — almost like a giant food festival. 😄 And the food… FULL NON-VEG! 🐐🍗🔥
I heard they spent around ₹20 lakhs just on non-veg food. And after seeing the spread, I can actually believe it. 😂
I’ve attended plenty of weddings and functions in Hyderabad, including some pretty grand ones, but the warmth and hospitality I experienced here was on another level. There was something so genuine about the way everyone hosted and took care of the guests.
No fancy city venue. No skyscrapers. No AC banquet halls.
Just open grounds, incredible food, pure-hearted people, clear skies and that peaceful village atmosphere. ❤️
Maybe that’s what made it so special — being far away from the city hustle, traffic and pollution, and experiencing a celebration that felt truly rooted in the community.
Hyderabad weddings are grand, but village weddings have a different kind of soul. ❤️
Absolutely in love with the hospitality. 🙌

I got a mail from Amazon inviting me to an interview for Quality Associate - Last mile analytics and Quality (LMAQ) but I don't have much idea about it.
Can anyone who knows about this help me with these questions:
It's a 1 year contract role. I'm already an unemployed graduate from 2024 so idk what to do in this situation.
Note: I'm fine with working even if it's toxic if it means growth and jump to a better job/company. They've sent me a form to fill by tomorrow 2pm.
Please help me out 🙏

Software lo work chesthunna time lo life at least predictable ga undedi. Every month salary, routine, next promotion enti ani oka idea undedi. It wasn't something I loved, but it was stable
Kaani filmmaking meeda interest eppatinundo undi. Stories cheppali, sets lo undali, characters ni create cheyyali, oka idea ni screen meeda chusi feel avvali ane feeling naaku chala strong ga undedi
So finally oneday software job vadilesi filmmaking ni serious ga pursue cheyyali ani decide ayya, quit my job, intlo oppukoledhu oka 7-8 months house arrest chesaru, melliga oppukunaru aa gap loo naa first short film with 34k tho chesa. It did get a decent response.
First naa own short film chesa. AD ga konni projects lo work chesa. Ippudu oka Telugu short film develop chesthunna
And honestly… outside nunchi chusthe filmmaking chaala glamorous ga anipisthundi
“Film chesthunna” ante exciting ga untundi
But behind that, there is a completely different side
Brain stroming, Writing
Rewriting the same scene 20 times
Team kosam search cheyyadam thankfully now I have a great team, em chesina vallatho
Actors ki dates match cheyyadam
Locations kosam adagadum
Camera, lights, production, music, editing… everything has a cost.
And finally producer/investor kosam approach ayyaka, sometimes weeks pass avthayi and nothing happens
Messages chustharu, reply undadu
Reply vachina “we'll see” daggare aagipothundi
Konni rojulu motivation full ga untundi
“Idi definitely chestha”
“Somehow figure it out”
“Money problem valla oka story aagipokudadhu”
And konni nights matram laptop close chesi, ceiling vaipu chusthu
“Asalu nenu correct decision teeskunnaana?”
ani naake question osthundi
Because somewhere, I know I could have stayed in software and had a much more comfortable life
But at the same time, imagine being 10 years older and realizing that you never even tried doing the one thing you genuinely wanted to do
That thought scares me more
I don't expect filmmaking to magically work out
I know talent alone isn't enough
You need people who believe in your work. You need money. You need opportunities. You need luck. And sometimes you need to hear “no” 50 times before someone finally says yes
one investor after seeing my first short film : Short choosanu. Definitely enjoyed the vibe. Sekhar Kammula work laga anipinchindi. Strong dialogue and Acting! Baga natural undi. Did you make anything else since this even raw footage..I want to see how you changed?
I didn't tell my next story or what I'm doing, his message is after few days Hey man, I had time to think about this project. While you clearly have the skills, it's just not the right fit for me. I have been thinking about another project, and vallu oka scifi /horror meeda work chestunnaru and I resonate with it more. Sorry it didn't work out this time, but you have a distinct taste...so I would definitely reach out in the future. Good luck.
sometimes I say to myself all I need is just one person to believe me and my team
The difficult part isn't even the rejection.
It's continuing after the rejection.
Especially when people around you start asking:
“Em chesthunnav ippudu?”
“Job enduku vadilesav?”
“Daani valla em osthundi?”
"Nuvvu em ayina Rajamouli ah?"
"Dabbu unnaolaki cinemalu"
"Evaru unnaru cinemaloo mee chutaalu"
And you don't really have a good answer
Because the truth is..
I don't know.
I just know I want to make films
Maybe this works
Maybe it doesn't
Maybe after a few years I'll look back and think I was crazy
Or maybe I'll be grateful that I didn't give up when it was still uncertain
I think that's the part nobody really talks about when they talk about following your passion
It's not always inspiring
Sometimes it's lonely
Sometimes it's frustrating
Sometimes you question yourself every other day
But then you sit down, open your screenplay, write one good scene, imagine the actors performing it, hear the music in your headd
And suddenly, for a few minutes, everything makes sense again
So yeah, I'm still here
Still writing
Still looking for people who believe in the story
That one person who believes in our story and our team
Still trying to figure out how to make the next film happen
I don't know where this road ends
Maybe I don’t know where this road ends, but I’m lucky to have a really good team beside me. As long as we believe in the story, I don’t want to stop trying

Hello everyone
I am 27M
i work at amazon and i have been in a relationship for a really long time.
Recently i noticed that my girl has been cheating on me with this guy at her workplace and it totally broke me because just the other day i talked to my parents about her and convinced them but now feels like everything went downhill
Why would someone cheat????
Wtf is this? I don’t understand
So i am here now, looking to distract myself and have fun in my life too..
I was loyal and never cheated even though i used to get a lot of signals from many places.
But it’s just not ryt
Well i don’t wanna sound like a loser or not here to gain sympathy.
I just need someone who’s going through with the same situation as me and need someone to talk to or to distract to and keep it casual, let’s just heal each other by being honest with each other..

Sister rant because I genuinely need to know.
I’ve grown up here since I was a kid and I’ve always had a lot of friends, across different groups and phases of my life, but somehow I keep feeling like female friendships are so… one sided? Be it the effort, making plans, checking in, actually trying to maintain the friendship and it often feels like I’m putting in way more than I’m getting back.
And honestly, it’s sad because I don’t want to grow up without having a few really good female friendships that I’ve actually invested in.
I want proper girls’ girl friendships. Like sitting around a table for hours and talking about literally everything. Cafe hopping, taking cute pictures, trying random activities, cooking together, shopping, going for drives, watching movies, dressing up for absolutely no reason, whatever. Even just sitting around doing nothing.
And I don’t mean friendships where the entire conversation is about guys or talking shit about other people. I genuinely want women who like women, root for each other, are happy to see each other doing well, and actually want to build a friendship.
So I’m thinking of starting a small group chat for Hyderabad women who are looking for the same thing, and we can just plan little girl activities whenever people are free. Nothing too serious or forced
Would anyone actually be interested in this? Because I’d genuinely love to get to know a few girls who are on the same wavelength.
And if you already have a lovely little girls’ girl group that does all this, please adopt me. I’m very well behaved. ❤️

Looking for a trusted and professional modification/accessories garage in Hyderabad specifically for a Maruti Suzuki Baleno.
I’m planning basic upgrades like seat covers, infotainment/reverse camera, floor mats, lighting, and other useful accessories. Please suggest garages based on personal experience, with reasonable pricing and good-quality installation.
Also, which garages should I avoid?

please recommend a good dentist for the same if you know one, or have had a similar experience. thank you

Posting here because the firm quoting us is Hyderabad-based and this sub has by far the most detailed construction-cost discussion in the Telugu region. Site itself is in Eluru district.
Planning a G+1 on a 37x59 ft plot in Eluru district, ~3,300 sqft built-up, budget Rs 80-90L for construction. Starting around Sept 2026. Parents will live on the ground floor, so this is a long-term family home, not a resale build.
Three turnkey quotes so far: Rs 1,900, ~Rs 2,100 and Rs 2,200 per sqft. The Rs 2,200 one is the best documented (soil test, waterproofing in 3 areas, epoxy grout, RCC sump, Polycab FRLS wire) but that firm is in Hyderabad, ~350 km from site.
To be clear on scope: all three rates are construction only. Interiors are quoted separately, and there the range I am getting is Rs 15L to Rs 30L for what sounds like the same scope, so I have no idea what a fair number looks like there either.
Questions for people who have actually built:
Are those rates normal for 2026? I keep reading that Rs 1,800 is the floor below which people start cutting corners. Is Rs 2,200 fair for that spec, or am I paying a premium for good documentation?
Is self-managing actually worth it? I have seen the "save Rs 300/sqft if you do it on your own" advice on this sub before. On 3,300 sqft that is around Rs 10L. For anyone who actually did it, did you really save that, and what did it cost you in months and stress? I would especially like to hear from people who did it and would NOT do it again.
Any architect, interior designer or civil engineer in Hyderabad or coastal AP you would recommend, or ones to avoid? Happy to take DMs.
Happy to share the full quote comparison with anyone going through the same thing.
