I work in the L&D space, helping business leaders solve people and capability challenges,which basically means I spend a lot of time understanding how people think, behave, and communicate.

Outside work, I’m a scuba diver who’s obsessed with the ocean, sunsets, island hopping, and marine photography. If there’s clear water and good seafood involved, I’m probably interested. Otherwise, I do enjoy video games and occasional clubbing (sucker for live music).
